His new shoes were ruined but, he did it with great enthusiasm. He gave us the deal as advertised on boston.com and in fact, we ended up paying less upfront than what we were originally told on phone. There were no hidden fees added at the last moment and certainly no arm-twisting in trying to force me into the deal. I have leased cars before but this was the first time someone actually took time out during delivery to explain each and every feature of the car. Reggie too care of the finances for us and he completed the process quickly (within 15 minutes) after we were ready to make the deal. The process was followed by Mr. Paul Costine an excellent gentleman to deal with for negotiating a price, he bent over backwards to offer us the best deal possible. Mr. Bob Signori one of your finance staff is ball of energy and a terrific man with a great personality in a boring job of dealing with numbers all day long. He suggested and we discussed additional options while getting us the best percentage rate possible. Last but not least Mr. Mark Doran for his help with your troublesome service department that did not want to give an inch of assistance without charging a minimum fee to remove four bolts from a trailer hitch on our trade in after being a repeat customer who purchased two brand new vehicles within just shy of a year apart, shame on them.......but, Mr. Doran made in happen. We came to Boch Honda because we had such a positive experience purchasing a larger Toyota SUV from the related Toyota dealership, but this time desired to purchase a not-so-large second family car. Both Honda and Toyota had models we preferred, with Honda our first choice. Our salesperson was just wonderful in the process of discussing our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable, unpretentious and eagerly accommodated all our wishes to see specific cars as we searched for a fit between our budget and the model we desired. During this time my children visited the playroom and enjoyed endless free chocolate bars. My test drive was excellent in that there was a good sampling of quick acceleration moments, high speed highway, side street and parking lot tests right outside the dealership. After viewing a number of cars throughout a price range with our very patient salesperson, we were able to come to a conclusion about price and what was desired. In our negotiation with the sales manager, we both were frank, and he understood and respected our budget figure. He made numerous car suggestions that would match our budget, as well as cars within a reasonable range above that. This compromise allowed us to purchase our #1 choice that we targeted in our website search in the days prior to our visit. The dealership took care of everything for us, and in one day we were in our new pre-owned car. We are immensely impressed by the Boch dealerships and would recommend as a first choice if you prefer Honda or Toyota. More
