Our daughter is going to college at Penn State in PA where her current car overheated and it was determined that the fix was not cost effective given the value of the car. She lives off campus and must have transportation to and from campus. The fact that we reside in MA makes this dilemma all the more challenging. My husband began the frantic search for a reliable, yet affordable vehicle on Friday of last weekend and that search lead us to Boch Honda by Sunday. On Sunday evening at 4pm we were standing in the Boch showroom where we signed the necessary papers for a 2010 Honda Civic. We will be driving the new car down to PA this weekend, to say the least an estatic college coed & exceptional daughter. The value offered by Boch allowed up to choose a new vehicle as apposed to a used for similar pricing elsewhere. Thank you to Chris (manager), who spent the necessary time on the phone with my husband to answer any and all questions pertaining to the vehicle choices, financing, & countless other questions. Also thank you to Roger who ultimately walked us through the choice of vehicle color to signing on the dotted line for ownership. Our car was delivered to us on Tuesday (2days after signing)and we could not be more pleased with our experience with Boch Honda. Would highly recommend them. More

Howard Charnitsky, the sales manager is always helpful and explains everything clearly. Dennis Young, the salesperson, made my transition to a new car seamless. My experience with Boch Honda was a typical dealership experience. I was looking to buy my own car for the first time. The sales employee that we worked with Alberto was very helpful! Shopping for my first car was a pleasant experience. Alberto was great to work with. He went the extra mile to get me a great deal and made sure I found everything I was looking for in a vehicle. He called after I purchased the vehicle to make sure I didn't have any questions and to see if I was enjoying my new car. I would definitely recommend Alberto, he is a great employee! More
Most people I know loathe taking their car in for service. I must say that in my 6 years of bringing my car to Boch Service Honda I have never had a negative experience. I tribute this mostly in part to the wonderful attention I have received from service representative, Greg Harris. He is honest, responsible and explains the service in terms I can understand. He always lets me know how long my car is going to take for the service and I've never waited for more than that. He is respectful of my time and tries to speed the process when I have my young child with me. When I have had car problems Greg has quoted me a price to fix the issue and it has never exceeded that amount. I would highly recommend Boch Honda for service and sincerely appreciate Greg Harris. He should be recognized! More
Lia was a fantastic saleswoman. She was very professional, yet very friendly, warm and courteous. Lia did not come on strong or overbearing. My only frustration was not with her, but rather the dealership and the inability or refusal on their part to arrange the inspection of my old lease. As a returning customer, I felt that this should have been a service provided by boch honda. Although not the end of the earth, this did cause some inconvenience to me as a customer. Again, this was not Lia's fault as she did ask about this service and was told no, it was not provided. Upon returning my vehicle, I was told by the lease manager that this was an option and should have been arranged for me. The manager I spoke with upon returning the vehicle was not the manager Lia had spoken to. All in all, the experience was pleasant due to the professionalism and warm friendliness of Lia. Thank you. I visited Boch Honda to purchase a new car and was introduced to Tenia Kniolek. Tenia was very personable. I informed her that I was interested in the Accord Coupe. Tenia was able to quickly get a car to test drive. Tenia was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. She showed and explained all of the features of the vehicle. I was truly impressed with her knowledge. When we returned to the dealership, I asked Tenia about other interior colors. She showed me the other color. We sat down to discuss numbers. After finally settling on a price and trade in number. We agreed to the deal. Tenia was very efficient with the necessary paperwork so that I can complete the financing. When I finally sat down with the Finance Manager, the process was very quick. Overall, Tenia was great throughout the process and made me feel very at ease. She brought me a water while I coming to a decision. When I picked the car up, the car was ready to go. While I was transferring my belongings from my old car, she made sure everything was in order. Again she went over the features of the car and took the time to make sure my questions were answered. More

We went to Boch Honda upon the recommendation of a business associate. We already own a Pilot so we know what good cars Honda makes. The car was for my daughter who is a senior in college, so we needed something safe, reliable and economic. Mike made a personal connection with us right away - he was very informative but not pushy. Mike helped us select a Civic and was sure to point out all the safety features and how well it did on gas. Mike was super knowledgable about the car, and was very patient with us during the whole process. At every step, Mike made sure my daughter understood how the car worked, how the financing worked, everthing. He never talked down to her, but treated her as a valued adult customer. When we picked the car up, Mike made sure my daughter was satisfied and fully comfortable in operating her new Civic. Again, if you shop at Boch Honda, ask for Mike, and you will be treated very well. More
