Before visting Boch Honda for a new CR-V stopped by two other Honda dealers to get a sense of pricing and inventory. Boch made the other two look like amatures. I was greeted by saleman Rick Petroff who guided me quickly through different CR-V models-- settled on what I wanted and neeeded--- looked over inventory --and in personal,comfortable business like discussion on pricing, timing and my preceived degree of difficulty with timing and transferring by MA vanity plates. --Both Rick and Paul Costine, his sales manager-- provided a very personal and professional comfort level on all the issues and I knew I was in good hands. After I closed the deal and picked up the new car - they called my home to make sure everthing was OK--If I had any questions or further service issues -- assured me that Boch would respond. I believe that customer loyalty is not only built on Honda product but also on personal service-- Boch has both. bryan More
I was in this dealership (BOCH HONDA) on tuesday for service and had a check engine light on. My service advisor was Vincent McInnis. Vinny was very helful and friendly and did everything he could to ge service and had a check engine light on. My service advisor was Vincent McInnis. Additionally the light came back on the next evening because of a sensor that also needed to be changed and I showed up later in the evening during a snow storm when the dealership was getting close to closing and Vinny made sure that the technicians took care of my car so I wouldn't have to come back another day. It is clear to see why Boch is such a successful dealership, because in most cases the service people in other dealerships that I have dealt with are rude, Its almost like after a sale is made they don't care about you. This is not the case at Boch... Keep up the good work. More
I gave my "5" rating because I have brought my Honda Civic Hybrid in for problems with the Hybrid as well as for regular maintenance to Boch Honda. I bought my Honda at Boch as well as several other Hondas over the years. Whenever I have had a problem, I have received the utmost care and consideration, especially from Greg Harris who is my present service representative. Mr. Harris has been especially wonderful because he always listens to me no matter how confused I am, and takes time to explain the problem to me in a way I can understand. One time, my car had been "fixed" but was not right, he took care of the situation immediately. Whenever I call, he always has time for my questions, and does not become irritated as many others have. Also he is always fair and does not try to get me to do things that I don't really need to have done. At first, I didn't want to take my Honda to the dealer because they are more expensive, but since working with Greg, I am convinced that it is worth the extra money to have satisfaction in knowing that my Honda is getting the best care it can have. And, by the way, I love my Honda Hybrid (so glad I didn't buy a Toyota.) More

Their prices were the best around. I found it telling that even when I recently helped a friend in New York City look at Hondas, each dealer we went to knew the people at Boch and held their dealership in high esteem. I have nothing but praise for the care they take after the sale is long done. Their service center and body shops are top shelf - great physical plant, customer-friendly with bright, engaging staff to make dreary car-care better! Boch Honda (Boch Motors) is the BEST! More

Yes, starting from my walking in the door, I was immediately greatly by the dealer. She was friendly, very knowledgable, asked what I was looking for, made recommendations.
