The engine is fine. The government has imposed these safety and environmental regulations that have created this incredibly expensive repair process. I filled in the OK circle under price above because I understand these are Honda parts and personnel so the price is high. I don't blame Honda - I am upset at the regulations that are smothering us all. It's difficult to rate the quality of work because the engine needs to run 2 weeks before I can take it in for an inspection. I am assuming the quality of work is very good or excellent but it is still hard for me to determine it now. The fresh coffee, muffins, danish and fruit are wonderful. So are the newspapers and flat screen TV. This is the only car repair center that I have no problem waiting while my car is being repaired. More
Mike was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the typical salesman when I walked in Boch, but Mike Barakat was a sigh of relief. After doing all my homework as far as pricing and rates go, i headed out to the dealerships looking for the best deal on my trade in for a new honda. I wasn't happy with the trade in value at the 1st deale go, i headed out to the dealerships looking for the best deal on my trade in for a new honda. I wasn't happy with the trade in value at the 1st dealership, (insulting!!!) so i went back home to regroup. I was all set to head north on 128 with what i thought was the best new car price and only the trade in to negotiate when, i got a call from Chris Habib at Boch Honda. I gave Chris the opportunity to price a new car for me. He could not match or come close to the price i already had. This is where it gets interesting! The price i was quoted elsewhere included a $900 rebate which is great except i wanted the 1.9% financing and you can't have both. When Chris made me aware of this, i called that dealership and asked if this price was good for the 1.9% financing!! Naturally, it wasn't and there new price was 400.00 higher than Boch!! So, down to Ernie Boch 's i go, Meet Chris at the door, and he introduces us to Mark Heroux in the sales dept. It only got better from there!!! Mark was awesome!!!! No pressure, very professional, and we had a deal in 5 minutes!!! The trade in was 1 1/2 times more than the other dealer!!! Couldn't be happier. I was dreading this day,getting in the tank with all the sharks, but it was nothing like that!! I'm glad i went to Boch, Thanks Chris,Paul, and especially Marc Heroux!! Great Car,and Boch had the color I was looking for and wanted. I like all the new improvements on the Element, and the new wrangler tires by goodyear. I am very pleased with my recent purchase at Boch Honda. I even commented to Mark and his manager, Paul, that he is the best salesman I have bought a car from and Boch should be proud to have him on their roster. I always got the feeling that my needs were looked after first and Mark made sure that the entire process was smooth, quick and efficient - all the way through the time I left the dealership with the new car. I purchased a Honda Civic 2010 on a 3 year lease. The business process was also very quick (I was in and out of the business office in 5 minutes) and the same applied to the inspection sticker (20 minutes). When I came to get the car, I waited while Mark took care of the registration process and plates for me. In summary, the end-to-end process was well executed with a strong emphasis on customer service. Since it is all about individuals, I am happy to recommend Mark Heroux and Boch Honda upon your next car purchase. More
This is my 3rd purchase at Boch Honda and my last experience was very bad. I was called as part of a 'customer loyalty' promotion and asked to come in to look around. Upon arrival, I was ignored lon experience was very bad. I was called as part of a 'customer loyalty' promotion and asked to come in to look around. Upon arrival, I was ignored long enough sit in every vehicle on the floor and take a walk through the lot. After more than 30 minutes, I decided to leave and the receptionist finally asked if I was being helped. At that time she asked one of the sales people, who had watched me walk around without inquiry, to assist me. After settling on a vehicle, I was taken through various "used car salesman" tactics before I lost my patience and proceeded to leave before I was treated as a "customer"! However, this time around, upon receiving a call from Teresa Kniolek, I explained I will not relive that experience. Teresa assure me the culture has changed and extended an invitation. To my surprise, I was very pleased with the attention to detail, honesty and patience shown by Mike McShane & Teresa Kniolek. Working with Teresa and Mike has restored my faith in Boch's caliber of employee!! More

My wife and I left the house on Saturday and were out all day on errands etc. We just started talking during the day about replacing her car when we decided to do "a drive by quote" at Boch Honda as Rik Tur day on errands etc. We just started talking during the day about replacing her car when we decided to do "a drive by quote" at Boch Honda as Rik Turner termed it after going out for dinner at Joe + Maria's nearby which is excellent. Our intention was only to look at the Honda Civic to see if my wife liked the size, fit, etc. and possibly a test drive. We were both somewhat tired as it was 8 PM and we had been out of the house since 9 AM so needless to say we weren't in the most receptive moods. Rik greeted us as we walked into the dealership and listened to our spiel that we were only looking, etc.and had just started looking. We know Rik's reason for being there is to sell. I explained to Rik I wasn't even ready to negotiate as I hadn't done any research yet on MSRP, invoice price, ratings, etc. Rik understood where we were coming from and took the time to find out what info we would need from him + Boch Honda to make an informed decision. We first worked through the particular style of the Civic we wanted. Rik looked through their inventory and offered to take us out for a test drive in one we liked to which we agreed to. After the test drive Rik continued to provide us with the information we needed to help us make a decision. At this point Rik enlisted the help of Paul Costine to try and meet our target price we had now calculated based on the MSRP, invoice price, etc. Boch Honda had provided. Paul came over and introduced himself to us and worked hard + long with Rik to come up with a deal both parties could agree to as 9:30 PM rolled around. Rik and Paul were able to clinch the deal with one final offer at the end. Both Rik and Paul were professional and patient in the way they treated us despite all of our many requests for info and the long day they both had just put in. We both appreciate the efforts they put in and that they made it a pleasant experience rather than an adversarial one we had fully expected to encounter. Our last stop was with Bob Signori, Business Manager, to review the financing, etc. At 9:45 at night this was feeling like a marathon session for us as we had been out of the house since 9 AM so we weren't looking forward to this. Bob could not have been more personable or helpful in explaining everything involved. Bob was like dealing with family and we felt bad keeping him and all the others at Boch Honda that helped us that evening so late. We would recommend Boch Honda based on our experience last evening and looking forward to our dealings with them in the future. More
