I have been going to BOCH Honda to service my car since 2003. I bought my car new at another dealership, but I chose to go to BOCH because it was close to where I lived. Mark Walker made it a pleasant car buying experience. I had been in three other dealerships before going to Boch and I walked out of the other three basically because the salesman was too eager to sell whe had been in three other dealerships before going to Boch and I walked out of the other three basically because the salesman was too eager to sell whereas, Mark took more of a laid back type of attitude and seemed to genuinely care about the type of car I wanted and didn't just try to sell me anything on the lot. From the beginning to the end of my car buying experience Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about all the cars and genuine. I can not give enough praise to Mark. Prior to picking the car up I realized I didn't have a copy of the purchase agreement aand the finance guy was not there for the day so Marc the sales manager went over to the accounting office to get a copy of the agreement. Any other guy I think would of just said we'll send it to you in the mail. That is customer service. I will absolutely recommend anyone of my friends or family buying a car at Boch and from Mark Walters. More
I visited the Boch Honda dealership for a routine service on my car. From the moment I drove into the reception area of the service dept. I was greeted professionally and in a most respectful and friendly m on my car. From the moment I drove into the reception area of the service dept. I was greeted professionally and in a most respectful and friendly manner by Glenn Mills. I asked if plastic covers could be placed on the driver's seat and it was graciously done ASAP. These first steps of my visit set the tone for the very pleasant experience that followed. After the speedy check in, I was ushered in to a lovely waiting area that even offered coffee, snacks, and comfortable seating. In what seemed like a very short time, my car was ready, and I was again walked to the cashier office. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the result. This personal attention that I received is a very important message to me as a consumer in that the dealership puts a high priority on after sale customer service. I will definitely continue to patronize the Boch service dept and have already shared the report of my experience with my friends. More
