I have been to Boch Honda 3 times in the past 2 months for service. The customer service I've received each and every time has been EXCEPTIONAL. I have chosen to return to Boch each time I need to have my 2 cars serviced because the customer service is excellent. I trust their information and they always are looking for ways not to overcharge me, ie by making sure that I use the on line coupons that are available. I honestly believe that they care about making sure that my car is safe, not just on a maintenance schedule that brings in $$. Greg Harris in particular is simply outstanding and I schedule my visits around the days he works whenever I possibly can. The pick up and drop off service for customers is also really helpful. More

I have owned and driven GM cars for 46 years but the current GM sales people and offers drove me to purchase a Honda Piolet instead. All 3 employees I worked with were extremely personable and made the transaction seamless. The best other price I had from another dealer, and boy did I have to bargain for that, was $1700. more. Ernie is right when he says his prices are lower. More
