This was my second trip to service, the first time for a small bulb replacement and both trips were more pleasant than any other service experience that i can remember. The waiting area at Boch Honda is very comfortable and with their complimentary wireless internet, I was able to do some email work while I was waiting. While i was there my salesman, Jim Travers came and checked on me to let me know the status of my service and make sure that I was comfortable during my wait.
