Recently I bought a car from Boch Honda in Norwood, MA (on the "Automile"). It was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. The showroom was impeccably clean, and the waiting areas were comfo (on the "Automile"). It was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. The showroom was impeccably clean, and the waiting areas were comfortable. My salesperson, Isaac Jordan, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I knew what kind of vehicle I wanted to purchase (Honda Accord Coupe EX), and he took me on a thorough test drive while explaining the features of the vehicle. Following the test drive, I decided to lease the vehicle. As I was new to the process of leasing a vehicle, Isaac was immensely helpful in explaining the finance process to me, in addition to the minutiae involved with registration and delivery. The business office was professional and expeditious as well. Several days later, I drove my new car home following the delivery, and I can say with certainty that I felt comfortable with my knowledge of all the features I would need to use. Overall, I would recommend Boch Honda to anyone interested in buying a vehicle, period. Hondas tend to sell themselves because of their quality and reliability, but Boch makes the buying process thorough and pleasant. The employees, especially Mr. Jordan, were polite and happy to answer any questions I had. My experience at Boch was a happy one, and I will return in the future when I am in the market for a new vehicle. More

Brandon really went beyond the call for us! He was personable, friendly, accomodating, reassuring from the moment we met him. He offered us a ride and/or directions to local entertainment while our car was being fixed, communicated well with us throughout the whole process so we always knew the status of the repair, explained the billing to us, offered us each a bottle of water for the ride home, and even took his own time to explain features of our car. He also openly communicated that he would always be there for us in the future if further problems came up. In short, Brandon was an excellent representative of Boch Honda and we definitely plan to work with him in the future if we should ever need further work done on our car! More
My 2003 Civic has it`s pep back and is still fun to drive!!! The service I received was great. Dan kept me informed all the time. The waiting area is comfortable and they provide coffee and goodies. Vincent and Sean went to the mat for me to make sure that my extended warranty would cover replacement of my 2007 Element's radiator and that Honda would take care of major repairs to the engine caused by ov my extended warranty would cover replacement of my 2007 Element's radiator and that Honda would take care of major repairs to the engine caused by overheating. I did not have to pay anything for the work or for the 17 days over which Boch provided me with a rental vehicle. I would have had to pay more than $2000 in work, and they took care of it all. This is a dealer that stands behind its vehicles. I already had great experience with Boch Toyota; it's what led me to buy a Honda from Boch. Now I know that Boch Honda is just as great an operation. Ok so I have purchased from Boch in the past many years ago. Jim Travers in sales is fantastic but like any dealer I have ever gone to the finance department is typical, READ before you sign. I was leasing a 2010 Honda Civix EX-L 15,000 miles per year, like I said read, read, read befor you sign, they typed in 12,000 miles of course and then the line "I didn't see that in the paper work", tell them you will find it and enjoy how quickly they change it to what you had agreed upon with your sales person :). In order to have a good experience you must be educated before going in and READ it, your fault if they get you. More

This was my second trip to service, the first time for a small bulb replacement and both trips were more pleasant than any other service experience that i can remember. The waiting area at Boch Honda is very comfortable and with their complimentary wireless internet, I was able to do some email work while I was waiting. While i was there my salesman, Jim Travers came and checked on me to let me know the status of my service and make sure that I was comfortable during my wait. Since the purchase of our new Handa Element, our family has recommended Boch Honda to many friends and family members as a dealership that provides a great experience form the very first meeting, through the vehicle selection process, the sale and during service visits as well. He was patient and kind and extremely knowledgeable about the different options I had as a first time car leaser. He allowed me to test drive the cars I wanted and also let my parents, which took quite some time. He offered advice without being pushy and negotiated prices between my family and I and the manager at Boch. He was able to get us a great deal that I am comfortable paying and would be able to keep up with. My family and I said it, the next time we get a new car, we will definitely go back to Boch Honda and ask for Jim Travers! More
