There were lots of factors to consider in the purchase/trade and acquisition of my car. Mark worked hard to set me up with the right style of finance person , and did a great job by choosing Desiree who is fun, upbeat and knowledgeable. She was logical and clear about the add-on products to choose at the end. They all really did work as a team to get the job done. I highly recommend them to purchase a car from. This is my 5th purchase/lease from Boch Honda and they always come through for me. This was probably the best visit. I made a 10AM appointment for my first oil change on my new 2010 Honda Fit. I arrived about 15 minutes early but had to wait in line until a little after 10. Once inside I only had to wait a minute or two new 2010 Honda Fit. I arrived about 15 minutes early but had to wait in line until a little after 10. Once inside I only had to wait a minute or two before Sean came over to help me. He said that they were busy that morning so it might be a longer wait than it normally would be but when I mentioned I had made an appointment he said he would do his best to speed things up. When I bought the car my salesman said my first oil change would be free but Sean said that Boch Honda doesn't really do that anymore but since I was told that then he would honor it. True to his word Sean came to get me after only a 45 minute wait instead of the hour and a half he originally thought. He explained everything that they did to my car including spotting a slight problem with my right rear door that I didn't even notice. All in all it was an excellent experience. Everyone, especially Sean, was very professional, friendly, and effecient. The waiting area was roomy and comfortable with a TV and vending machines. I would definitely recommend Boch Honda to anyone. More

I had two recent visits to BOCH HONDA to get some repairs done that were under warranty and I received great customer service from the Service Consultant, Brian Conroy. Brian reviewed the repairs with me, offered shuttle van service to a local shopping area to kill some time while I waited for my car and he called me as soon as my car was all set. Even though I live in Quincy, I'll be going back to BOCH HONDA for all my future Honda Accord service repairs, because Brian really took good care of me. I have a large family who all have busy life so i constantly driving! I was afraid I was unable to find a car at a great price that fit my needs. The moment I entered boch Honda Alberto greated me in a jolly formal way in both Spanish and English. It was a sign of relief! Alberto got straight to business and I left happy with my new CR-V! Richard went out of his way to take care of my car repair. It was a very rainy day and my windshield wipers were not working.
