I dropped off my Honda Accord Sunday night when the service department was closed. I left a detailed note stating the problem. There is a whirring/spinning noise every morning when you start the car it doesn't do it every time but the first time every day it does.Need technician present when starting the car in the morning so they will hear the noise.I went by Boch Honda Monday morning @ 8:15 and talked to Vinny he told me they heared the noise and the car was being repaired as we speak.I thanked him for the attention to my note and Vinny said he would call me when the car is ready I thank him again and left.I received a phone call @ 9:30 from Vinny saying the car will be ready after 10:00.The service was really tremendous and was very pleased. When I walked into Boch this week, I had been very frustrated by another dealership trying to hassle me about trading in my lease for another one for a large difference in a monthly payment. The other dealership was making it very difficult and I spent almost over 5 hours there and they would still not get me the car I wanted. I called Boch Honda the next morning and even just calling in, the person who answered my call was so pleasant, and soon after I got a call back from them providing me with some lease options. After that, I left early that evening from work to go into Boch. As soon as I went in, I was greeted with a nice welcome and already felt much more at ease. I was introduce to Amine Abad to help me trade in my Honda Civic for a White CRV. Armine sat down with my father and I and went over every little detail as to what I was looking for in a CRV. With such luck, there was one left in the lot. Armine was well educated on the car and showed me every possible feature the car had to offer. He explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand, and not feeling pressured. After I decided I loved the vehicle, I was introduced to Paul Costine to help out on the financial end. Paul was extremely pleasant, and sat down with my father and I and went over all possible options for payments. He made sure I left happy. And that is exactly what happened. I work in customer service, and I think that is so important anywhere. Amine and Paul went above and beyond what I consider excellent customer service, as well as, the whole Boch Honda dealership. Amine and Paul should truly be recognized for their great people skills, and the ability to make one feel at ease while making a big decision as to finding the right car. I have already told friend, family, and co-workers what excellent service I received at Boch Honda. I would recommend anyone going into Boch Honda to ask for Amine and Paul to help them, as I am so satisfied with my car. It can take a lot to please me, and I left completely happy and so excited about new Honda crv. I love driving it already and I couldn't thank Amine and Paul enough! More

My wife and I went into Boch after shopping around at a few dealerships closer to us. Alberto was friendly and straightforward compared to some of the "typical" car dealer characters we had encountered. We few dealerships closer to us. He either had the answers to the few questions we had about vehicle specifics, or he was able to quickly find out. We were able to get the exact car we asked for at a great price, and Alberto even went out of state to pick it up for us. Considering it was a "locate" from another dealership, the process still went very quickly and he was even available for updates on his days off. We were probably more particular customers than most, but Alberto and the team at Boch left us nothing but satisfied. More

I came to Boch Honda after visiting the Mazda shop down the road from them and spending all morning test driving Mazdas 3, 5 and 6. I bought two cars, mine and my wife's on the same day and paid cash. That's how sure I was of having made the right choice of car and dealer. More
