I have spent six months shopping for this car. Six dealers in three states. Boch Honda far and away exceeded all my expectations. The people were friendly, knowledgeable and there was no pressure to dealers in three states. Boch Honda far and away exceeded all my expectations. I was looking for an Accord Coupe and Boch had the best selection the best price and the best personnel to work with. I tried to make a deal at two other places and the experience was off-putting enough so that I decided to work with Boch, a hundred and fifty miles from my home. It was well worth the time and distance. After all, if someone told you they'd give you a thousand dollars to drive a hundred fifty miles, you would do it, wouldn't you? More
Went to Boch Honda to shop for a new car. When we arrived we were immediatly bombarded by sales people who all greeted us, but for some reason weren't able to help. So after waiting about 15 minutes, someone finally was able to help us. I don't remember his name, but he was a sales associate in training, and to be honest, was the only nice one there. So after talking for a bit, I decided to test drive the Civic SI. After the test drive I told him I would have to test drive some other cars to decide on which one to pick before buying. This is when the "sales manager" came in. I told him I was happy working with the other associate, and that I would not be purchasing a vehicle today, but he refused to leave. He kept asking me to "give him a number." And to which I said I was just shopping and had to compare other cars before I settled on a car, to which he responded "what are you doing here then." This is the point when we got up and walked out. I told the sales associate I'd be glad to work with him in the future as long as his snobby sales manager didn't get the sale. After this, I got about 2 phone calls a day for the next week telling me about all these great "deals" and "whatever number I had in mind, they could work with". I told them to stop calling me, I was going to shop elsewhere. Unless you know what car you want and don't mind dealing with snobs, I'd go somewhere else. More
Purchased a Honda Pilot. Salesman Tom Ryback was very friendly and accomodating. The deal was fast and smooth. Cut right to the chase. I went to Boch to look at the Honda Pilot - I had gone to another dealer the day before and had a less than appealing experience. I wasn't planning to buy - I purposely didn't even bring the car that I was another dealer the day before and had a less than appealing experience. I wasn't planning to buy - I purposely didn't even bring the car that I was planning to trade in. However, Alberto approached us and asked if he could be of assistance. He was friendly and seemed to be very honest. He let us know that it was the end of the month and he'd be able to get me a "crazy" deal. I was skeptical, but willing to listen. He didn't have exactly what we were looking for - a Pilot with navigation, but he immediately offered alternatives - installing navigation separate (something the other dealer did not do). We began to crunch numbers and Alberto was extremely helpful throughout the processes and we ended up making a deal. As part of the deal, I was having navigation, security and an auto-starter installed. He got me through that process quickly and easily. Getting me an early appointment and providing me with a rental car for the day. Alberto was also readily available every step of the way - coming in on his day off to make sure my car was set for pickup. All-in-all it was a very plesant experience and because of Alberto's excellent customer service, I would undoubtedly recommend Boch Honda to my friends and family - he really sealed the deal for me. Chris went above and beyond our expectations with his knowledge, professionalism and genuine nice guy quality and made our decision easy. What was most important is that Chris did NOT oversell and gave us room and alone time to think and talk about our purchase. He answered all of our questions - which were many. His patience level with me in trying to figure out the "dashboards many buttons" was astounding. We bonded immediately with Chris' easy going manner and great personality. Because of Chris I will always be a Honda customer and when asked about your dealership in the future I will recommend him to everyone. Kudos to Chris and to you for having him on your team.
