well at first my visit was not so happy go lucky i drove my car in for service and stood at my car for 15 min waiting looking for someone to help me when here come sean like super man and take me from this my car in for service and stood at my car for 15 min waiting looking for someone to help me when here come sean like super man and take me from this help lees situation in less then 5 min i was sitting in the waiting area with coffee and a muffin i just brought my car about 3 months ago and my seat was cumming apart at the seem i could feel the metal on my back so about 15 min later my car was done and the part was being ordered but just to my luck my warranty would not cover it so again sean worked his magic and the next day i brought the car in for the work to be done after speaking with sean he informed me that they would do the work for FREE i don't think anyone at that service counter could have done a better job at working for the customers at boch well my advice to anyone going for service see sean i know that means more work for him but i know he would not mined at all thank you sean More

I went to Boch Honda because my husband had such a good experience with Steve Winnett whom he had leased an Accord with a few months ago. We asked for Steve, but he told us he was going to be busy with ano experience with Steve Winnett whom he had leased an Accord with a few months ago. We asked for Steve, but he told us he was going to be busy with another customer for too long and he didn't want us to wait, so he introduced us to Tenia. I was impressed by that and she was terrific. I test drove a CRV which I thought would be too much car for me, and then the Fit which I worried would be too small, but it was perfect. Tenia was knowledgeable and appreciated what I was looking for and how I felt in each car. While I had done a lot of reading prior to this, I thought Tenia gave me the information I needed to make the decision to buy my first new car ever (I'm 58!). Although, we hoped to pay a bit less (maybe more for our Subaru trade-in), I would absolutely recommend Tenia and Steve and Boch to anyone. Everyone else in the dealership was very friendly and constantly offered us water while we waited, which seemed funny after a while, but I really appreciated the hydration! I love my new Fit! More

The time frame give, the service and the way he approach me was great and perfect. This has left a perception or a feeling in me that i will always go back to boch honda ( Sean De Silva ) for all what i need on my car. After waking up three mornings in a row to find a dead battery in my Accord, I visited the Boch service department. The Service Advisor, Sean DeSilva, immediately sensed that there was more to the story battery in my Accord, I visited the Boch service department. The Service Advisor, Sean DeSilva, immediately sensed that there was more to the story than a bad battery. Sure enough, after a four hour fuse-by-fuse examination of the electrical system by a technician, using a multimeter, a short circuit was found within the vehicles AC system that resulted in a constant draw of 2.3 amps even when the AC was off. Both Mr. DeSilva and the technician were most diligent in seeing that the problem was fixed. Parts had to be specially ordered and, because of Mr. DeSilva's efforts, they arrived the next day. The car was out of warranty so it cost me a bit but, all in all, I am very satisfied that the problem was identified and remedied as expeditiously as possible. Mr. DeSilva followed up with me the day after the repairs were completed to ensure that all was well. More
My husband and I could not have been more impressed with our experience at Boch Honda of Norwood. We had driven the same Camry for 14 years, and it finally quit. We had every intention of buying another, but stopped at Honda to compare. The sales people were not like other "sharks" we had experienced and gave us plenty of time to look around on our own. When we finally needed a salesperson to talk with, we had the privilege of meeting Mr. Isaac Jordan. He was amazing from the beginning! He is friendly and warm, yet professional and remarkably informed about his product. Isaac patiently explained every facet of the cars that we looked at, and really took his time with us. He was never pushy or aggressive, yet it was easy to see how much he believed in Honda. When we were unable to find the Honda accord coupe ex in white we had to look at one that was an ex-l, and a bit out of budget. Mr. Jordan, along with his managers worked for hours on helping to put together a deal that we could manage comfortably so that we could get this dream car. We just love it, and couldn't say enough about the company. More
