This is truly the best car dealership in New England! No wonder they sell the most Hondas on the planet! I honestly think I've met the BEST sales consultant ever (Mina Morkos). Mina is such an outstanding person to work with. Not only is he professional, friendly, hardworking, but he is very personable and has a great sense of humor! (Who wants a consultant who has no social skills and can't even laugh at any of your jokes?) He understands what OUR realistic goals are, and tries his best to find you the best vehicle and price that suits your needs. He is very honest with you, unlike all the shady dealers I've seen at other dealerships. I will no doubt refer all my friends and colleagues to Mina at Boch. I leased a 2010 Honda Pilot from Boch this June. I worked with a very pleasant sales person named Eric Silva. He was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience w worked with a very pleasant sales person named Eric Silva. He was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience with Boch was agood one. He was informative, diligent, and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. Their finance manager did a great job and was also great to deal with. Eric gave me a time to pick the vehicle up and called when he knew they were running 15 minutes behind so I would not have to wait. When I arrived, he took the time to go over the whole vehicle so I would know where everything was and I could operate the vehicle safely. BTW - what great features in the Pilot Touring!! It is clear to me that Boch Honda has at least two great employees that clearly care about their customers. I would refer anyone I know to Boch because of my great experience so far. Thanks Eric! I just returned from Boch Honda a few minutes ago after pricing a 2010 Honda Accord 4 cyl w/o Navigation. I went there after receiving an internet quote of $22,898.00 and an additional charge of $299.00 d pricing a 2010 Honda Accord 4 cyl w/o Navigation. I went there after receiving an internet quote of $22,898.00 and an additional charge of $299.00 documentation fee. I had also received two additional quotes of $21,498.00 from Silko Honda and Weymouth Honda. Silko had the same documentation prep charge and Weymouth's was $60.00 cheaper @ $239.00. My curiosity got the best of me since Boch Honda states in their advertising and on the email they sent me that they will never be undersold. In speaking to the salesman he quoted me $24,500.00 for the exact same car they quoted at $22,898.00 over the internet...a difference of $1,602.00. I mentioned to them that they had already given me a lower quote for which I could show them the email and also the quote from Silko. They got furious with the fact that I was comparison shopping and that they would NOT meet the quote of either Silko or Weymouth. It should be noted that none of these quotes considered my trade in. I should mention that we purchased another 2010 Honda Accord V6 w/Navigation from Weymouth Honda just two months ago at a price that no one could match. I just received a phone call from someone at Boch, again saying that the deal I am getting is much less than Boch can match to which I replied "Boch had better change their advertising because they are lying to the public with their claim of never being under sold". He stated that he would talk to his sales manager and discuss my experience and call back, which I doubt since I told him that I would never deal with a dealership that is not factual in their advertising. When we came back to pick up our vehicles, John had all the paperwork ready. We were confident that nothing had slipped through the cracks. He took the time to show us all the new features on our cars and even helped us set our favorite radio stations and connect our phones to bluetooth before we drove away.
