Ed was fantastic to work with. He was not pushy at all which made my wife and I more comfortable and willing to open up. We didn't feel like he was the stereotypical "used car salesman". The negotiation which made my wife and I more comfortable and willing to open up. We didn't feel like he was the stereotypical "used car salesman". The negotiation was fair. My only suggestion that would have made the experience better is if we had an idea of the financing before we bought the car. It is a little backwards to buy a car at a price not knowing what interest rate you will get since most of the time people are worried about the out of pocket expense per month. You might be able to sell a higher dollar car if the buyer knew that they were going to get a lower interest rate, etc. I would buy from Boch Honda again. More

This is truly the best car dealership in New England! I've been to many shady dealerships with horrible customer services and vowed I'd never go back to any of them again, but Boch is absolutely differen I've been to many shady dealerships with horrible customer services and vowed I'd never go back to any of them again, but Boch is absolutely different than all the other dealerships. No wonder they sell the most Hondas on the planet! I honestly think I've met the BEST sales consultant ever (Mina Morkos). Mina is such an outstanding person to work with. Not only is he professional, friendly, hardworking, but he is very personable and has a great sense of humor! (Who wants a consultant who has no social skills and can't even laugh at any of your jokes?) He understands what OUR realistic goals are, and tries his best to find you the best vehicle and price that suits your needs. He is very honest with you, unlike all the shady dealers I've seen at other dealerships. I will no doubt refer all my friends and colleagues to Mina at Boch. I walked out of there with 10 pounds less of car-worries and a huge smile on my face. Make sure you ask for Mina when you go to Boch Honda! More

I leased a 2010 Honda Pilot from Boch this June. I worked with a very pleasant sales person named Eric Silva. He was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience w worked with a very pleasant sales person named Eric Silva. He was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience with Boch was agood one. He was informative, diligent, and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. Their finance manager did a great job and was also great to deal with. Eric gave me a time to pick the vehicle up and called when he knew they were running 15 minutes behind so I would not have to wait. When I arrived, he took the time to go over the whole vehicle so I would know where everything was and I could operate the vehicle safely. BTW - what great features in the Pilot Touring!! It is clear to me that Boch Honda has at least two great employees that clearly care about their customers. I would refer anyone I know to Boch because of my great experience so far. Thanks Eric!
