Last Sunday I went to the dealership, having the thought of buying a new vehicle. I had spoken with a sales rep. Brendan Feeney about a Camry and he mentioned some more competative prices than other dealer of buying a new vehicle. I had spoken with a sales rep. Robert Ross was the game changer and really sealled the deal. He was very professional and in my opinion seemed honnest and was not "pushy" at all. At other dealerships in the area i felt like a little baby bird being attacked by hawks. Robert was able to help me come to a solid price agreement with the finance office. He did very good going through the entire vehicle with me showing everything it came with before i drove off. He contacted me the next day seeing how things were going and let me kno when i was going to be able to come get my registration. Very good experience overal and would reccomend this dealership and Mr. Ross to my buddies. More

I went into Boch's "express service" at 3:30pm on sunday. The so called "express service" is open sundays until 5pm. At 3:30pm I was turned away from getting a simple oil change because the service advisor s The so called "express service" is open sundays until 5pm. At 3:30pm I was turned away from getting a simple oil change because the service advisor said they were "done" doing oil changes for the day. The so called "express service" sign out front of the service bay is deceiving. It says open until 5pm on sunday with 55 bays open for service. I will not be returning to Boch Honda for any service in the future. More

On the morning i arrived to have my truck serviced i came it was very busy. i think everybody had the same idea as me to get in early and get out quick. I was there about and hour and a half which seems like a long time for an oil change but considering the amount of customer's that should up at the same time i think your staff did a good job in getting my car serviced in the time it took. The gentelman that checked me in was was very friendly and very informative. The time i spent in you waiting area was very pleasant i watched TV and had coffee and a muffin and it was very good. my hour and a half past Very quickly. Your staff did a good job i look forward to having my truck serviced there again. More
I worked with Marc Heroux who could not have been nicer. I had put in an offer online and Marc had the car ready for me to view and test drive when I arrived at the dealership. He listened to my concerns about the car (brakes made noise)and did not try to brush it off. He also did not try and pressure me in any way. He showed me only the cars that were similar to what I wanted. After all the paperwork was done he told me to contact him directly if I found any other problems with the car and he would have them taken care of when I came back to pick up my registration. A couple of minor things did come up and true to his word he had the service people take care of them and he even advocated for me on an issue of replacing a light I had not noticed was broken until I few days after I brought the car home. He found another model on the lot and had it replaced at no charge to me. More
I know the pressure of buying a new vehicle isn't typically a pleasant one but these guys did a fantastic job as a group and it was a great experience for me. I am giving this rating because these guys went above and beyond and they already had the sale. It was the end of the month and they were extremely busy but I didn't get pushed aside. More
