On the morning i arrived to have my truck serviced i came it was very busy. i think everybody had the same idea as me to get in early and get out quick. I was there about and hour and a half which seems like a long time for an oil change but considering the amount of customer's that should up at the same time i think your staff did a good job in getting my car serviced in the time it took. The gentelman that checked me in was was very friendly and very informative. The time i spent in you waiting area was very pleasant i watched TV and had coffee and a muffin and it was very good. my hour and a half past Very quickly. Your staff did a good job i look forward to having my truck serviced there again. More

I worked with Marc Heroux who could not have been nicer. I had put in an offer online and Marc had the car ready for me to view and test drive when I arrived at the dealership. He listened to my concerns about the car (brakes made noise)and did not try to brush it off. He also did not try and pressure me in any way. He showed me only the cars that were similar to what I wanted. After all the paperwork was done he told me to contact him directly if I found any other problems with the car and he would have them taken care of when I came back to pick up my registration. A couple of minor things did come up and true to his word he had the service people take care of them and he even advocated for me on an issue of replacing a light I had not noticed was broken until I few days after I brought the car home. He found another model on the lot and had it replaced at no charge to me. More

I have purchsed a number of vehicles over the years and I don't usually enjoy making the new purchase. These guys did an awesome job from the start to the finish. Finally I had to see the Business Manager Hayden Ali and I have not had anyone better than Hayden. It was really easy finalizing all the paperwork and he was very thorough. What really impressed me with these guys was, it was the end of the month and even after they had the sale they pushed hard to get my vehicle ready with 24 hours. I had a lot of extras that had to be put in my Honda and I thought there was no chance of getting within the next couple of days due to how busy they were. My vehicle was ready the next day and I was extremely impressed with the entire buying process. Boch's team performed well under a lot of pressure and I didn't have to feel any of it!!!! Ed was fantastic to work with. He was not pushy at all which made my wife and I more comfortable and willing to open up. We didn't feel like he was the stereotypical "used car salesman". My only suggestion that would have made the experience better is if we had an idea of the financing before we bought the car. It is a little backwards to buy a car at a price not knowing what interest rate you will get since most of the time people are worried about the out of pocket expense per month. You might be able to sell a higher dollar car if the buyer knew that they were going to get a lower interest rate, etc. I would buy from Boch Honda again. More
