We agreed to purchase a 2011 dark cherry red Pilot. When we went to pick it up there was a huge dent in the front quarter which was touched up with bright red paint. There were interior light covers missing and the lights were broken. There were several other scratches throughout the car and the interior was covered in pollen. The car was obviously left out for quite a while with it's windows open and was never thoroughly cleaned. Marc Heroux was our salesman who obviously didn't check the car over before us picking it up. He summoned Manager Joe Semi who was obnoxious and could have cared less. We went to pick out another car on their overflow lot. There were approximately 60 pilots all backed into each other and into the rear fence. There was almost no room to walk between the cars and several were damaged. Typical car dealer who was too anxious to take our money and forgot who we were once they got our money. We paid the taxes and fees with our credit card and two weeks later we are still fighting for a refund for a damaged car we never took possession of. More
My car had leak. The diagnose was correct and they fixed that issue. Price is decent for this type of work. Sean is a great person who I worked with. He explained clearly about issue. I have always had eager, friendly service people, but Sean De Silva stands out. Had odyssey serviced yesterday and service area was short on Service Consultants, probably due to vacations, and Sean was Sean De Silva stands out. But he was perfectly composed, efficient, polite and friendly, apologized immediately for the wait encountered to start the write-up of service requirements. I had a number of things done, including handling two "recall" notices, and estimate of time was on target. Sean is a large part of why my rating is "great". Thanks, Sean! More

Last Sunday I went to the dealership, having the thought of buying a new vehicle. I had spoken with a sales rep. Brendan Feeney about a Camry and he mentioned some more competative prices than other dealer of buying a new vehicle. I had spoken with a sales rep. Robert Ross was the game changer and really sealled the deal. He was very professional and in my opinion seemed honnest and was not "pushy" at all. At other dealerships in the area i felt like a little baby bird being attacked by hawks. Robert was able to help me come to a solid price agreement with the finance office. He did very good going through the entire vehicle with me showing everything it came with before i drove off. He contacted me the next day seeing how things were going and let me kno when i was going to be able to come get my registration. Very good experience overal and would reccomend this dealership and Mr. Ross to my buddies. More

I went into Boch's "express service" at 3:30pm on sunday. The so called "express service" is open sundays until 5pm. At 3:30pm I was turned away from getting a simple oil change because the service advisor s The so called "express service" is open sundays until 5pm. At 3:30pm I was turned away from getting a simple oil change because the service advisor said they were "done" doing oil changes for the day. The so called "express service" sign out front of the service bay is deceiving. It says open until 5pm on sunday with 55 bays open for service. I will not be returning to Boch Honda for any service in the future. More
