Both my husband and I were very pleased with the customer service that Ed McIntosh provided. He was extremely cordial with our needs to test drive several models of the Honda Pilot. I took my 2006 Accord here because it occasionally failed to start. The service deparment replaced the starter and charge $950. The next week, the car again failed to start. I returned with the perfectly fine old starter to Boch who refused to refund my money, claiming that "electrical parts were not returnable". I consider this robby. More
