I called Boch Honda on Tuesday, August 17th at about 6pm and explained to Tom Rybak that I had a coolant leak behind the engine in my 07 Honda Civic. When I arrived Wednesday morning, Tom immediately remembered that he'd spoken to me the prvious evening and what was wrong with my vehicle. He was friendly and efficient as he checked me in for my appointment. My daughter and I waited in the waiting room (had breakfast, she played in the kids' room) and in about an hour, Tom was back and explained that I had 2 cracks behind the engine block from which the cooland was leaking. He then expalined that Honda had, just the previous day, sent a notice to dealerships advising of this problem with my model year Civic. Boch would order the part and fix the problem at no charge. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Tom thoroughly explained that I could continue to drive my vehicle as it is a very slow leak but that I shouldn't drive long trips and should keep a close eye on the temp. He said he would call me when he knew when the part would be in and we could schedule an appointment for next week. Tom called my home last evening to advise that the part would be in by the weekend and asked when I would like to come in. I made my appointment and have all the confidence that my car will be fixed quickly, completely and efficiently. More
