From the moment I first called to driving away in my new car, the experience I had far exceeded my expectations. This was my 3rd experience with Boch in about 7 years. I keep going back because they do exactly what they say they are going to do. They make you feel very special, like you are their only customer that day (when you know other dealers would try to push you on so they can work on the next customer). I cannot say enough about Mark and Anthony (and Paul C. the General Manager). The fact that I keep coming back, that I refered family members, friends, anyone that will listen to me, and that I pass at least one other Honda dealer on my long drive to Boch, I think speaks for it self. Thank you for making what can be a very stressful experience, into (dare I say) an enjoyable one. More
My daughter needed a car after graduating from college. Since I admire Honda's quality and engineering, she decided to purchase a new Civic EX. (had to have a sunroof) I requested prices through Sam's Club and Kelly Blue Book web sites. Boch's price was lower than the Sam's Club dealership referral and the other Kelly Blue Book requests. Boch's sales reps and managers were courteous and persistent but nor offensively persistent. After two weeks, when we were ready to purchase, they honored their best price and the purchase was quick and pleasant. Two of my co-workers used to sell cars at other dealerships. They now purchase their vehicles from Boch and recommended them to me. I keep my cars for many years, because I always hated the buying process. This was the first time I didn't feel that we were taken advantage of; great price and no gimmicks. Marc even gave me a Honda loyalty $50 award which I used in the parts dept. More
The gentlemen I worked with were very easy going in a professional manner. They took the time to understand what it is that I wanted and worked hard to get me the desired car and price. Great friendly service. He answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome to the Honda dealership. And even after going through what the car has to offer, I didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying anything. Jaime was extremely helpful from the moment I walked into the dealership. All of the customer service representatives were extremely kind to me as I was waiting for paperwork to process. I had the luxury of the dealership. All of the customer service representatives were extremely kind to me as I was waiting for paperwork to process. I had the luxury of knowing exactly what car I wanted but Jaime made sure I knew all of the extra features. He set up my GPS to my home address and had everything programed. He sat in the car with me for 45mins showing me everything when I picked up the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I needed to go to the dealer to pick up my registration and get my inspection sticker on my new 2010 Honda Odyssey. I picked up the reg no problem and drove into the service bay and meet Sean. He had my van in and out in about 15 minutes which was great because I had my 3 kids with me. They even drove my van back into the service bay because it was pouring out!!! They really are great. More
