Hi this is Abdullah Kaberi I bought car for this dealership it’s such bad experience they show me how to treat with customers and very lie to me a lot since July 27 / 2021 and July 28 I take back ca dealership it’s such bad experience they show me how to treat with customers and very lie to me a lot since July 27 / 2021 and July 28 I take back cause the engine and car was so dirty I thought I bought from auction. So they took 2000 dollars for charge me the plate and I’m still it’s /19/09/2021 I’m not getting my money back it’s very frustrating and playing games with me and they put me on the phone for hours and I want to speak with general manager they told me he is not here or your not able to talk looks like they so important plz don’t buy anything for this dealership you waste your time and money plz plz fix More

Very bad customer service - requested the brakes to be fixed. After spending 2000 dollars on the car, the brakes are still not fixed. They don't honor original quotes on the billing - provided me a differ fixed. After spending 2000 dollars on the car, the brakes are still not fixed. They don't honor original quotes on the billing - provided me a different quote and then later on added additional 500 dollars to the bill because the previous person forgot to add the part. I'll avoid this dealership for any car repairs, as they are not honest and try to scam the customer. More
