When I walked into Boch Honda I was greeted by Mike McShane. He wasted no time putting me at ease and answering my many questions. He was patient and thorough while letting me test drive the vehicle. It was not just a quick drive up route 1 and back. Mike made sure I knew every aspect of the car and was comfortable in it. The positive experience left me feeling good about going to a car dealership (something I had never liked doing before). When I came back to pick up my car, Mike introduced me to everyone who worked there. He said now they were not strangers, but friends who would greet me as such whenever I came in. Mike McShane was wonderful in helping me find the right new car for me and my family. He worked with us on the price so we got to pay what we wanted and he knew so much about the car I chose and took the new car for me and my family. I went with Boch for price. They had the lowest price on the Honda Odyssey I purchased 2 years ago and again when I sent a request for quote on a 2010 Honda Ridgeline last week.
