I drive a 2008 Honda Civic. When I brought it in for a routine oil change, its mileage was just under 54,000. I've had the same tires on the car since I bought it new at the end of 2007 and figured, with routine oil change, its mileage was just under 54,000. I told Sean and he made sure the right tires were in stock. While I was waiting for my car to be done, Sean came and got me and told me that we had to talk. He brought me out to the garage where my car was raised and being inspected. He told me that I did not need new tires at this time and explained/showed my why in detail. Unfortunately, I forget the technician's name but he was very friendly too. They could have easily put on the tires as I asked but instead they were honest. Also, Sean, sensing my desire to get my car ready for the winter, asked the technician to give it a full inspection and let him know if it had any issues. It was quite easy to see that Sean cares deeply about his customers, his work and his integrity. I hope to get him next time I bring my car in for service. More

When the wife and I stopped at Boch Honda last weekend it was mainly to see how many used Odyssey's they had on the lot, what condition they were in, and what kind of prices they were asking. Alberto was assigned the job of showing us around, and giving us all the information we needed and requested. He was terrific!! Warm and friendly with a great sense of humor, he made the process most enjoyable. Neither the wife nor I have had very good dealings with used car dealers in the past, so it came as a surprise that he was as laid back, easy going, and without the slightest hint of pressure. When he came up with a price that we felt was fair and reasonable, we figured there was no point of looking elsewhere. We were sold on the car, a 2010 Odyssey EX-L, and especially the manner in which Alberto presented the deal. It was really painless, and we couldn't be happier with what we bought. Many people told me there will be a lot of headache when you deal with car dealers. However, it turned out to be a pleasant experience when we bought a pre-owned Honda Accord at Boch. Ok.... let me start by saying, we first purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot last year. Then within a month I referred my sister for a new FEB. I then referred my nephew a few months later for a new Accord. I have never owned a minivan before and was always scared of the sterotype. I have to tell you, by far the 2011 Odyssey Touring is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I can tell you I have owned Mercedes, Lexus, Cadillac and a Denali. Nothing compares to the ride and convenience of owning a Honda Odyssey. Not to mention the stares you get from adorning fans. now let's get to the dealer, even with having purchased before, I still shopped around to get my best price. I then had Boch match the lowest price. I have worked with Will so many times and love him. He is by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He isn't pushy buy knows when to sell. He is full of knowledge about all the vehicles he sells. If he is not the #1 salesman on the planet, I don't know who is. He is simply the best. Let's not forget my finance guy Bobby! He is so good and down to earth, not to mention handsome,lol... he makes getting a rate fun. The only thing I don't like is when they throw at you the autostart, claiming they can get you a better rate, not sure if that is even legal because its not true. Your interest rate won't go down just by buying an autostart system... Bottom line, I got a 2011 Honda Odyssey for what I wanted to pay.... Thanks guys.... More
