Chris Gaudreau worked hard with the sales manager to get me the deal I wanted. Chris was very friendly and even after I bought the car he was concerned with how I liked the car and questions I had about it. me the deal I wanted. Everyone else at Boch was nice too, but I would reccommend not seeing Eric as a financer if you are trying to stick to a budget, because he made me feel obligated and pressured to buy a lot of add ons. Just completed our third straight Boch Honda transaction over the last 10 years. Very happy with the overall experience. Sales person was Chris Gaudreau, who was a real pleasure to work with. We were rapidly approaching the end of a 2008 Pilot lease which expired January 1, 2010 and had our eyes on a 2011 Honda Odyssey. Chris made everything happen seamlessly, with a great price too. This is for me Honda auto number nine over 35 years or so. Some bought, some leased. Never have had a major problem with a Honda. Sean and the shop foreman took great care of me. I had two broken locking lug nuts (overtightened by a different dealer) and they were able to chisel them off very carefully. After three failed attempts my next stop in my quest for a 2010 Fit Sport Nav. was Boch. This dealership was crowded and we had to wait to see a sales rep (a positive sign). When we sat down we made our offer at 3% below invoice, which was promptly rejected. Mid-negotiation we were further informed that the vehicle was no longer available and we would only have a white vehicle to choose from (a deal killer). We told him we were no longer interested in the vehicle and got up to leave. Sean brought in the sales manager and he offered to knock $100 off if we took the white one, which we refused as we had already told Sean we were not interested in a white car. When he offered to bring in another vehicle, he told us that A) the price quoted would not be honored as they would be charging extra for the delivery, and B) that we would most likely not find another vehicle in New England as this was "a hot ticket item, as Honda does not sell very many Navigation models in the US (contradiction?) because Fit drivers are expecting economy, not luxury." He went on to tell us that there were others who would be willing to pay that price and that we were walking away from a great deal. We reiterated we were not interested and left (our third attempt). What part of "I don't want that color" do they not get? More
I bought a 2010 CR-V in September this year and was quiet happy with my experience with Boch Honda especially with the sales rep "John Debronzo". It has been great and pleasant experience working with him and he definetly made our experience of buying a new car memorable and joy. He is always there to answer questions and works keeping customer's needs in mind. We financed our car with Honda and the finance manager who helped us with this is also great.(Sorry I couldnot recollect his name at this time.) I have been to boch honda a few times before to buy a new car but never was successful as I didn't get a right sales/finance person earlier who could convince me in believing that buying a car and that too under finance with honda is the best choice I am going to make. But this time the whole process went on so fast and everything went on smooth. Overall it was such a great experience to work with these wonderful people and drive a new car home happily. I took a new Honda Odyssey 2011(Touring-Elite) for a test drive and was impressed by Ed's knowledge of the Vehicle and it's accessories. He was very pleasant and I was not pressured at any time. I explained to him that I had an '06 Odyssey EX-L in for service and might be thinking of an up-grade in the new year, it ran great. I would reccomend Ed as a Sales Consultant to any person interested in a new vehicle @ Boch. More
After spending over $1000 on service and repairs, later when I walked upto a service associate for a quick question, he simply walked past me murmuring "he was took busy", too busy to have courtesy to even when I walked upto a service associate for a quick question, he simply walked past me murmuring "he was took busy", too busy to have courtesy to even listen to my question. The prices are quite high and I have gotten same work for same quality done elsewhere for 20% less (using original Honda parts). I am not convinced at the urgency they describe to get certain repairs done. They portray such dire consequences of not getting repars done right away. As if, you leave without the repairs, you could be serious trouble financially and safety wise. Somehow, they seem to be crying wolf a lot. More
