Amine was thorough in explaining the details of the car to me, and he was quite patient teaching me the new technology that is in a car today. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Boch Honda in the last three years. I purchase a new Civic Hatchback in 2019 and traded it in for a 2022 Civic Hatchback in November of 2021. Both cars we Honda in the last three years. I purchase a new Civic Hatchback in 2019 and traded it in for a 2022 Civic Hatchback in November of 2021. Both cars were purchased from Amine Abad. Me and my wife are very pleased with our experiences with him. Due to the backlog of new vehicles, the 2022 hatchback was not even built when we ordered it. Amine kindly, and patiently kept us up to date weekly if not daily of the progress of the build and expected delivery date. 90% of the sale of the 2022 hatchback was done on the phone from the comfort of our own home. We only went to the dealership to sign a few papers and the vehicle was personally delivered to us and the trade-in picked up by Amine himself. Amine was very responsive to all our needs and did not pressure us in any way. The third car purchased was a 2022 civic Sedan for my daughter. With the new car shortage being even more difficult, Amine did a fantastic job of making it happen. This car was also not built when ordered and was coming directly from Japan which is rare since most of these cars are built in North and South America. Again Amine kept me and my daughter up to date on every aspect of the build and shipping from Japan. Amine was very kind, courteous, and very helpful with our buying experience of the new car. Even though the price of these cars were increasing during the wait, we were only charged the original asking price. All three cars were the best buying experience ever and we will not hesitate to go to Amine again. More
Buyer Beware Every time I bring my car in for service they manage to itemize thousands of dollars of recommended repairs. This last time they even used scared tactics (a gasket is corroded and ready to f they manage to itemize thousands of dollars of recommended repairs. This last time they even used scared tactics (a gasket is corroded and ready to fall apart etc.). With a list of over $2000 of recommended repairs I took the car to an independent mechanic. Out of the list of recommended repairs the mechanic told me that none of them needed to be done. Even the corroded gasket was, in fact, just fine. I'm not saying anything about the quality of their work (always seems to be good). Just that the work largely does not need to be done. More
