We purchased a used civic yesterday from Boch. Although it is too early to know how we will feel about the service department or our car I felt the need to mention our salesman. I have read many reviews saying that this dealership has people who "pressure" you into buying...hmm....we had the exact opposite happen. Rik was very straight forward...asking what our needs and price range were and guided us towards a car that suited. We were deciding between the Civic and the Accord and when we decided to pursue the civic (mostly for price reasons) Rik in no way tried to convince us to go with the Accord which we felt most salesmen would have. We had a wonderful experience and hope the relationship will continue to be positive! More
There is nothing better than walking into a dealership that not only provides you with a stellar price, but also with a terrific customer service experience. Boch is different from most dealerships due to that not only provides you with a stellar price, but also with a terrific customer service experience. Boch is different from most dealerships due to its sheer volume. That being said, it seems as if you may lose that person touch desired at so many other dealerships. This was not the case. I was a very difficult customer this time around and cannot thank Chris Gadreau enough for his patience. I played hard ball, visited many times, and asked more questions than the average buyer, yet he provided a fantastic customer service experience. Chris is an ideal salesman and one can only hope for someone like him at any dealership. Despite the size of the dealership, I had at least 5 managers congratulate me on my purchase. Aside from the customer service, I have to mention that both the trade in value they offered on my car as well as the price of the new car was unbeatable (and I certainly shopped around). So, thank you Chris and Howie, I will see you at the end of my lease. More

Out of all the dealerships & salesman I've dealt with, I have to say Boch is the best for quality of people & service. I got a good deal on an Accord. I was satisfied with the trade in I got for my Ranger. I was in and out in fairly quick. When I went to pick my car up @ 5pm it of course was ready to go & Steve explained all the controls so well & went over all the owners manual's to explain it the service interval's & such...Overall I'm very satisfied with Boch Honda & it's employee's that they will have my business for a long time. That's why I gave everything 5 stars because they earned every one of them More
I HATE car shopping. That said, I LOVED Steve. He made me feel right at home. I didn't feel pressured and really enjoyed his laid-back approach. Boch Honda is large and shopping there (or spending any amount of time there) could result in a consumer feeling like just another number as opposed to a valued individual. I feel fortunate that I met Steve upon arrival because I could imagine otherwise being quite overwhelmed. As a woman carshopping on my own it is important that I feel respected and not pressured - Steve got this. I definitely got more pressure when working with the finance department (they REALLY push the extended warranty and tell wretched horror stories to scare you into buying). That said, if I remain in the area I will likely buy my next car from Boch. They met my credit union loan rate and were quite flexible in negotiations. I assume the volume allows them to be more competitive. I am dreading using their service center but will try to keep an open mind :-) More

I had a great experience working with Amine. He was very courteous and showed me multiple cars before I made a decision. I would reccomend this dealership and Amine to everyone. As a first time car buyer, I was looking forward to the experience. From the moment that I sat down with Peter, it went downhill very quickly. First, he did NOT introduce himself or even ask my name. The only reason I knew his name was by looking at his name tag. There was no attempt from him at any friendly conversation -he simply got a piece of paper and started asking me about what I'm looking for. Second, even after I told him what kind of car I was interested in looking at, he kept asking me questions that I already answered (more than once or twice). He did not write anything down which is probably why he kept asking me. After finally finding the EXACT car I was looking for (one that I could not find at another dealership), I test drove it. While in the car, he didn't say anything about the car. We went not even a mile down Route 1, turned around and came back. Although that was the car I wanted and have been looking for - I walked away because of the customer service. I could have gone to a different salesman, but after I told him that it was not going to work, he went to get his manager. To make matters worse, his manager was just as bad. He told me to go back to the dealership where I got my current car and see if they can help me. I felt disrespected and belittled. I will NEVER go back nor recommend that dealership to anyone that I know. It was the worst, first experience in going to Boch Honda. More
Biff is the best salesman I have dealt with in all my years of buying cars (40 years). He is articulate, focuses on the important aspects of the car and then eases you into a discussion about buying the years of buying cars (40 years).
