I arrived there on a Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend and the dealership was packed. Mark Sloss found my friend and I looking for some help and promptly he reached out to the sales team and introduced us to Amine Abad. Amine provided all attention on answering our questions and details about few vehicles. I already had in mind that I wanted the CR-Z. Without even asking, Amine offered and setup a test drive for me. Amine Abad and Mark Sloss provide all information about the lease and buy options for the car plus gave me a nice discount if I would decide to buy it. I came back on the Monday and bought the car. Hayden Ali worked out the numbers for the finance very quickly and accurate. Great finance rate! Amine followed up with me twice after he brought me the car from Norwoord to Boston (he delivered it at my front door!). 3 months ago we went to Weymouth Honda because it was close and we wanted to look at a new and used Pilot. At that time, without any negotiating, we were given a quote for a new one as well as a quote fo close and we wanted to look at a new and used Pilot. At that time, without any negotiating, we were given a quote for a new one as well as a quote for our trade in. Last week we decided we were ready to buy but would start out at Boch Honda because we had heard that they had the best prices and also because they had many in stock but Weymouth did not have any. To show how bad our experience was, I don't even have the name of the salesman or "manager" who spoke with us because they didn't even give us a card. After receiving their "best offer" we told them what we had already been quoted at Weymouth and that we weren't going to pay more. The "manager" said our numbers were wrong, that it couldn't be true, that we'd never get that price for my trade in, and that we would also be on a waiting list for up to 8 months if we went there. They made 1 attempt to keep us with an offer 1,500 less for my trade-in. We said no and they did nothing more. Never even called us back the next couple days. The next day we went to Herb Chambers in Boston and they offered a better deal than Boch but still couldn't compare to Weymouth. They, HOWEVER, made many attempts to make a sale. They even suggested leasing to get us to do something there and called back the next day. Although we didn't end up with them, they didn't call us a liar and we felt like they were actually trying to make a sale. We felt that Boch figured since they have them in stock, they could scare us in thinking we'd be on a waiting list forever and give us a crappy deal. We went back to Weymouth 2 days after Boch and got the same deal as 3 months ago. We were told it would be 3 weeks at the latest and we were ok with that because we weren't in a hurry. Our salesman called the following day saying they had our car in and ready for pick up. I understand typically the "super" stores offer the best price but you sacrifice a lot of customer service and in this case, it was not the best price at all! We even ended up with 0.9% interest and Boch was 2.9% in addition to $1,500 less for my trade. I would not recommend Boch to anyone. More

I was recently in the market for a used utility vehicle and I went to Boch Honda to check out their stock of Honda Elements. Not only did they have the model and color I was looking for, they had it at a p and I went to Boch Honda to check out their stock of Honda Elements. Not only did they have the model and color I was looking for, they had it at a price I couldn't beat at any of the other dealers I had checked. They were more than reasonable with my used trade in and when it came to servicing the used vehicle (repairing a seat lever) they were quick and direct and my dealer Brian even replaced a damaged antenna out of his own commission. This was the kind of service I expected out of Boch Honda and would recommend making this dealer the first stop for anybody looking for pre-owned honda vehicles. More
I have purchased many new automobiles in my lifetime. Tom Rybak was the most concerned and caring sales consultant I have ever dealt with. I have always been a loyal Honda consumer, but had never had any experience with Boch Honda in Norwood. I came home today with a brand new Accord CrossTour. Without going into alot of detail, I had initially selected a 2011 CrossTour with an EX trim during the late afternoon on Saturday. Tom and I agreed that he would have it ready and I would pick it up Sunday morning. Later that night on Saturday, I had 5 messages on my cell from Tom, who finally reached me at my home phone to tell me there was roof/body damage to the model I had selected (which Tom nor I saw due to all of the pollen and dust/dirt on the roof - anyone would have missed it). Needleass to say, I was still upset, but not with Tom or Boch. Upon my inspection Sunday morning, I decided not to purchase this damaged model and selected another Crosstour, a 2010 EXL. Needless to say, Tom Rybak and Hadin, one of the Business Mgrs, went above and beyond to make my deal on the uppgraded CrossTour a very fair one for me. In less than two hours, Tom and Hadin had all of the paperwork changed and prepared for the second CrossTour I chose and had the vehicle prepared and ready as well for me! I took delivery in less than two hours when I thought I would be there for at least 3 or 4! Thank You Tom Rybak, Hadin and BOCH! What a great experience and service recovery provided by your team!
