Recently I bought a used car from Boch Honda in Norwood, MA. I have been in the market for three weeks and did not have a great experience visiting the different dealerships. But at Boch, my salesperson, Isaac Jordan, was friendly, patient and well versed with all the details. We did a test drive on 5 different vehicles.Isaac was very helpful in explaining the details of each vehicle. The business office was professional as well. I would recommend Boch Honda to anyone interested in buying a vehicle, period. This is my second vehicle from Boch Honda. He never tried to get us to upgrade to the more expensive vehicles in that line. We have always taken our Hondas to Boch for service or repair (accidents). Came into purchase a used Honda Fit. Had a deal in place and went to finance manager. The guy was so pushy and tried to upsell me. When I said I wanted to check the rates with my bank he became angry. I was shocked..... This place is a sell sell sell stick it to the customer dealership.... I ended in Braintree and bought a new car from a nice dealer... Toyota near Braintree Plaza... being a local guy I allways admired Ernie Boch but the pushy little finance/sales guy (who by the way told me he was an officer of the bank which is not true) ruined my opinion....steer clear of Boch Honda I certainly will..... PS every used car on the lot seemed to smell of cigarette smoke.... The sales guy Rik was great... too bad for him the little finance guy who slammed his cubicle door when I left killed the deal with his BS.... BTW my credit score is 780 so the crap was all on him...... More
