Samir was excellent! He was super friendly and was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. He seemed to really be looking out for what was the best car for me and my family. I told him ex willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. He seemed to really be looking out for what was the best car for me and my family. I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I could pay and he never pressured me into buying something more! He helped me find just the right car and helped me work to get it at the right price! He was even super with my kids (2 and 5) which I had with me that day! I would reccomend this dealership, and especially Samir to anyone! I will come back next time I am looking for a new car! More
We went to Boch Honda to trade in my Ford Focus for a Honda Element. Jose was very friendly, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy. He also worked with us to get the price we wanted for our trade in. Hayden Ali the Finance Manager at Boch Honda used unethical practices, and tried to force us to signed a loan to buy the car. I was trying to buy a 2008 honda accord with my mom as the co-signer. We unethical practices, and tried to force us to signed a loan to buy the car. I was trying to buy a 2008 honda accord with my mom as the co-signer. We had from her bank a pre-approved auto loan of $15000 of about 6%. This person ran the credit score of a different person then said it was mine. He couldn’t find the credit score of my mother. When the person ran my credit on my correct social it was the same as the wrong social security number. He follow us when trying to leave and kept harassing us to sign and pay in full. This late, after 10:00 pm and everyone in the dealership had left he attempted to lock us in to force us to sign a 11% loan. The person ran the credit score without confirming if it was correct. The person had a contract for us to sign with the incorrect social security. This person is was very rude, full of lies, disrespectful, and unprofessional he tried to use scare tactics and even attempted to force use to sign. I highly suggested for people to avoid Boch Honda and look at other options. Some of his quotes were: “I am not letting you leave until you sign this” “You can’t leave this place I am not letting you out” “You are paying in full tonight” “I did not find your credit score” “You sure you don’t want security alarm install you live in Hyde Park?” "I stayed late because of you, you are signed this loan tonight" More
I recommend going to this dealership for service for two reasons only: 1) Sean De Silva (Service Consultant) 2)Steve Haslek (Spelling of last name ?; Technician) I had been to this dealership before fo reasons only: 1) Sean De Silva (Service Consultant) 2)Steve Haslek (Spelling of last name ?; Technician) I had been to this dealership before for minor service; my experience was always they were over priced, and took to long but I always felt my car was being repaired correctly. I should Note that I also have a Toyota and have had it serviced at BOCH TOYOTA next door. I don't know why BOCH HONDA does not follow their foot print; at a minimum taking peoples information efficiently and not making them wait. You drive in give them the keys tell them what is wrong the tell you to have a seat and drive your car into the shop; shortly there after they come in and tell you approximately how long; approximate estimate. But I digress back to BOCH HONDA. A little background I was there to have my key reprogrammed. The service technician I initially dealt with (I will not mention his name)showed me on the computer that he put me on the waiting list and if I chose to leave and come back in 1-1/2 hours the car would be ready. Well I had a ride and did just that, when I came back he said he needed to talk to me about my car. (I should also mention that I had to have my car towed there due to the key not working). He said they were unable to program it because my key would not come out, which I had pointed out to him previously that if you take the negative cable off the battery you can remove it. He started to tell me the whole thing needed to be done the stearing column, etc. I stopped him there and expressed my anger and feelings about him not calling me earlier to and making me wait and let him know that I was in the previous weak and waited two hours with three children ages 8,5 & 3 for them to give me a diagnoses of what I had already told them was the problem and I had even removed the panels befor comming in to make faster. So needless to say I used a few choice words and let them know they were incompetent, said I was never coming back and left. One problem my car was not working and I had to have it towed back or somewhere else. Also Honda is pretty much the only ones that can reprogram your key because of the expense of the software and the need for it to be updated all the time or the software will not work; so basically you have to take it to a honda dealership to have the work done. While I was waiting for the tow truck to come I cooled off and asked to speak with the Service Manager after waiting 10 minutes and asking 2 people I found Sean DeSilva: He heard my diatribe earlier;but he took the time to talk to me in a calm tone and was not defensive in anyway. He explained my situation to the manager and they told me not to worry they were going to help me get this done. Enter Steve H. technician great guy; answered all my questions and even some I didn't have. He was very respectful and Intelligent. The Dealership should be grateful to have these guys working for them and train all there people with them as a model. If I had my own company which had nothing to do with cars or mechanical issues I would try to hire both of these guys. I would like to thank them again for helping me the way that they did. If you go to BOCH HONDA and are waiting for a service consultant tell them that you would like to wait for Sean DeSilva even if it means waiting longer. You will come out feeling much more satisfied. So, the only reason I would say Yes to recommending this dealership for service is because of Sean and Steve. More
When i pulled it into the garage they were very busy. When i pulled it into the garage they were very busy. Sean made it a point to stop what he was doing and acknowledge me.(he said hello my name is sean i will be with you in a minute). He got back to me in about 1hr after i dropped the van off and describe my concerns with my wives odyssey. He explained fully what the problem was. The car was fixed in a timely manner. I wish I could have bought my car at Boch Honda. (could not give me a price I got some where else with out the hustle) My experience overall with customer service and the tech's work was top shelve. The one thing that would have put my experience over the top shelf would have been a surprise detailing of the car. HaHaHaHa More

Bob "Biff" was very easy to deal with....no high-pressure sales tactics. I felt that he was trustworthy. He came recommended to me by his fellow-employee and my friend, Karen McDougall. My husband and I had spent much time researching cars before we began our search. We went to multiple dealerships and worked with many other salespeople before ending at Boch Honda. The success we had before we began our search. We went to multiple dealerships and worked with many other salespeople before ending at Boch Honda. The success we had at Boch Honda can be credited to our salesperson, Ed McIntosh. Ed was friendly, caring, concerned about our needs, and was genuinely happy working with us. He did not try to push a sale on us and he was quick and efficient in answering any and all questions we had. He took his time with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our new purchase. Ed was phenomenal to work with and we will definitely go back to work with Ed for future purchases. We highly recommend him to others in the car buying market! More
