I would just like to say I have been going to this particular dealership for almost 6 years and their customer service skills are really great. My family and myself have bought four cars in total from particular dealership for almost 6 years and their customer service skills are really great. My family and myself have bought four cars in total from our really great sales guy Mike Barakat who always went above and beyond for us as first time car owners and he still does the same now even after all these years we can always call him if we had a question or an issue. Also in the service department I have to say Sean Desilva is the best service guy you will ever take your car to. He really does care about you as a customer and will always try to find you the best possible price on any issue you may be having. He can even tell me in advance the next time i come in what I will need to do and give me an estimate so I would be prepared for my next visit. He will call you to follow up even after leaving to make sure that the car is running as it should or if you are still having a problem he will set up an appointment for you to come back,He really does go above and beyond the call of duty and I am forever grateful to him and Mike for making a gal's life easier :) . When I visited Boch Honda, it was just to look around. We had no intentions of buying anything that night. As we parked our car, we saw the vehicle that my wife wanted. Ed had to do some searching (because t had no intentions of buying anything that night. As we parked our car, we saw the vehicle that my wife wanted. Ed had to do some searching (because the car wasn't ready for sale yet, it was a recent turn in)but we took it for a ride that night and loved it. Ed worked closely with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the car. We had just one problem, we were turning in two vehicles, but only had one with us. The one we brought was looked at, and we were given a very reasonable offer on it. The second vehicle we brought back the day that we picked the car up and they gave us a fair offer on that too. There were plenty of paperwork issues to go along with this deal, but Ed and his managers, along with finance figured out how to do what needed to be done. The last hurdle that we faced was the lender changed after we had left the dealership, so I had to sign new paperwork. I live 45 minutes one way from the dealership. Ed drove up to my home to bring the new paperwork for me to sign so that I was not inconvenienced in any way. Ed is a great salesman, possible one of the nicest that I have ever worked with and I would recommend Ed to my friends and family. More

On 7/28/11 I went to the dealership for my 50,000 miles service. At first I was concerned about the wait I would have to do due to the people that were there for services. Sean De Silva one of the servic service. At first I was concerned about the wait I would have to do due to the people that were there for services. Sean De Silva one of the service consultants greeted me and immediately started working on my service as soon as he finished with his prior customer. He promised me I would be able to leave within an hour and sure enough I was out just a little bit after an hour from the time I got there. Sean was very professional and was very courteous and attentive to me. He listened to my concerns and was able to answer my questions. He took time to explain things to me and gave me options to choose from. I had one minor concern, but he assured me he will address it with the appropriate person and before I left the premise the Service Manager Dennis Dotolo came out and spoke with me and we were able to come to an agreement. Dennis as well was very professional and courteous. He listened to my concerns and admitted to me he appreciated my suggestions and was looking forward to making changes that would improve the clients' experience each time they go in. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received especially from Sean on that day. Sean even stayed beyond the time he was to leave so that he could make sure my service was done at the time he promised me and that I was happy. I think Sean De Silva is an outstanding service assistant. Boch Honda should be proud and feel lucky to have him on their team. More

You met every expectation I have of double talking, slimy car dealers. Good Job with that. Your associates were courteous righ up until the shouting match where he accused us of lying. After test driving a Honda Fit, whick I liked and was ready to buy at sticker price, I waited for the trade in offer on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler. Having done my research, I knew the average trade in in MA considering the miles and condition was between 4500-7000 dollars. I was offered $1500, and only after I tried to leave did they tell me they made a mistake and entered it wrong...now they offered $4500, low but OK, it was in the expected range. When I told the sales person I'd have to check the rates at my credit union, he said Honda was running a special 1.9% rate, and "besides, we beat the credit unions all the time" After more waiting, and paerwork, and waiting, we finally get into the credit department after 3-1/2 hours and instead of telling us the rates, he starts to try and selling me useless add-ons that I am sure you make a ton of profit on, but I don't want. Only when my wife notices the payments are a l lot higher than we discussed does the credit person tell us the rate is 3.63% at best. Now I have had it, I am done. He calls the sales guy in who lies to the credit guy and us and says " I never said 1.9%" Now I want my keys back, but first I have the credit guy telling me the sales guy should be quoting rates, the credit guy telling me 3.63 is the best rate you can do, and the sales manager telling me all of a sudden he can lower the price more or give me 1.9% because now I am yelling in the lobby in front of other customers that I want my keys back NOW" I don't care if you offered me a free car at this point, I was treated like an ATM machine that was only there for you to pull money out of. I cannot imagine I ever will do business with Boch, and be assured, I will relay this story of mistreatment to anyone I can who is looking for a car. The last piece of business I will do is call the Better Business people if my deposit is not refunded quickly. And before you tell me this was an innocent mistake, on the way out another customer asked us what happened, and in speaking to her she told us your associates pulled the same "we entered it wrong" stunt on her when offering her trade in amount. The purchase i just made at the Boch Honda of Norwood MA was amazing and one of which i wont forget. My salesman Alberto Heredia was very knowledgable and helpful. He made the sales process much less stressful than what we had expected. I have worked with representatvies at the dealership in the past and it has always been very pleasant. This visit reminds me of why we continue to go back to that specific location. Other dealerships in the past have been primarily focused on getting a SALE and that's that. But Alberto was very kind, smart, and personable. Being that he was such a gentleman i look forward to not only recommending him to friends and family but also bringing him my future business. Hats off to not only Alberto himself but also all of the Boch Honda Staff!!! More
Chris Gaudreau was a very professional sales consultant with a sense of humor that I appreciated. My daughter Caitlin ended up purchasing a 2011 CR-V EX model. Chris had the patience of a Saint - not only dealing with all our questions about this vehicle but also locating one on the lot with a dark interior she desired. The delivery of the vehicle was slightly delayed but Chris came in on his personal day off to help expedite the delivery and many thanks to Eric (finance) also. Samir helped me find the exact car I was looking for at a price that I was willing to pay. He also gave me a fair price on my old car, sight unseen! Then, when I forgot to bring my title documents, Samir actually came to my house on his own time to get the title documents so that I would not have to make the drive back and forth with my kids. Buying a car could not have been easier! More
