I was in for new 2012 Honda Civic. My sales guy Chris was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. My wife was not comfortable driving a new car on a highway so he took us to a empty parking lot and very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. They were very competent with the price and were very reasonable amongst all the dealership in the area. And in a time where not many Honda cars were available in the market they had quite an inventory. I took the delivery of the car in 2 days and it was ready with inspection. Chris took his time to go through the car user manual with us and explained all the important lights and buttons. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase. More

Marc made this car purchase(actually it's a lease) soooo easy. I did most of the number crunching over the internet so that I wouldn't have to go in with my 3 children. He was informative about all of the options and could answer all of my questions. We didn't have to wait long at all in the show room. The childrens play area was a joy for my children. The paperwork was done before they were done playing and I had to drag them out of there. Thanks for having a "G" rated channel on in there. Desiree was also super helpful in trying to accomodate my 3 children during the paperwork signing. As a final bonus Marc was able to pick me up at my house in Walpole to get the new car! Easily the most hassle free car buying experience I've ever had. Walked in. Met sales consultant,Chris Gaudreau, and told him I was interested in a 2011 Honda Accord Lease and had a budget in mind.
