Marc was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. A real pleasure to work with and was able to answer all of my questions. While I thought an EX was what I was looking for, it turned out a LX was more to my pleasure to work with and was able to answer all of my questions. We were rear ended in our vehicle and decided to use the insurance money to put a down payment on a new car. We drive a Honda Pilot and went to the Honda dealer that we had purchased it from a few years ag insurance money to put a down payment on a new car. Unfortunately the service had completely gone downhill and unimpressed with the experience I called Boch to see what their thoughts were. Dan had assisted me on the inital phone call and a follow up email. He answered all my questions and was able to get the price to down to the lowest amount any dealer we talked with could go to. It was the last day of the .9% Labor Day sale, we were unsure about whether we wanted to purchase the Pilot or CRV and were also considering a Subaru Outback (the car that we were replacing from the rear end was a Subaru). We also have a 5 month year old baby who's normal bedtime is 7:30pm. We visited Subaru who advised that although online it stated Subaru Outbacks started at $23K their lowest price started at $25K. Seeing the Pilot started at $26K we decided to go to Honda and possibly seal the deal with the .9% financing. We got there at 7:15pm and were greeted by Chris who listened to our whole experience with other dealers, other models, our experience with the other Honda dealership, and only gave us his thoughts when we asked for it (wasn't pushy). He told us the best thing to do was to take the time and really take a look and see and test out both models and that he would be more then happy to have us take turns with the test drives seeing one of us would have to wait with our baby. We test drove the CRV first (seeing we already own the Pilot) and fell in love with the vehicle. Chris nicely excused himself so my wife and I could sit in the pilot and have a private conversation on whether we wanted to buy a car, and if so which one. We decided on the CRV. Chris was patient and seemed genuily happy we had chosen the CRV. We didn't get out until 10:30ish even though the dealership closed at 9pm. The next day we picked up the car and Chris made sure to be there to make sure everything went smoothly and we liked and understood the car. It was a great experience with everyone we worked with. Thank you, we'll be back when the Pilot is ready for an upgrade. More

Our recent car buying experience at Boch Honda was the best ever. After an unpleasant experience at another dealer, we decided to try Boch for the first time and we are happy we did. Steve Winnett was s best ever. After an unpleasant experience at another dealer, we decided to try Boch for the first time and we are happy we did. Steve Winnett was superb. He has a vast knowledge of the Honda product. Steve allowed us to understand the vehicle we were looking at and the options we had without pressure. Steve was not trying to be our friend (as many salesman do). Yes he was trying to sell us a car - that is his job - but he was very professional and treated us with respect. After we decided on the model, Steve and Paul Costine gave us a price that we were happy with. We finished the sale with Desiree. Desiree did not try to pressure us into the alarms systems, fabric care plans, etc. She did present them all, but allowed us to make the choice. We were a little confused about the Honda Care plan and the key replacement price plan we agreed to.... but perhaps we need to be more attentive next time. Overall, a great car buying experience with a company we will do business with again. More

I had a great experience at Boch Honda. I had never purchased a used car before. I searched online and saw that Boch Honda had a vehicle that piqued my interest. When I called to inquire about it, I fo purchased a used car before. I searched online and saw that Boch Honda had a vehicle that piqued my interest. When I called to inquire about it, I found that it had been sold. I shopped at other Honda dealerships and felt that the salesmens' pitches were well rehearsed. I went to Boch Honda after receiving a phone call from a sales manager who thought that he had a certified CR-V that I would be interested in. When I arrived, I was introduced to salesman John DeBronzo. I took a CR-V for a test drive with John. He was well informed, professional, friendly and struck me as sincere. He explained the features of the vehicle in detail, as well as, what "certified" means. As a single mom he knew that safety features were important to me and took me to see a vehicle that he had been driving when it was struck by a truck. He explained to me how Hondas are designed to fold upon impact so the passengers remain safe in a crash. When we returned to the showroom, I explained my current situation to John. He appeared understanding. The sales manager later told me that John had said to him,"This woman has been through a lot and we need to help her." I was touched by John's empathy. We were able to negotiate a deal, that included my trade-in, and I was satisfied and I purchased the vehicle. John coordinated all of the transactions that had to take place before I could pick up my new purchase. Everything went smoothly and John even set my radio stations for me. He was also very nice to my 2 year-old child. I left feeling that I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price and I was treated very well. Without hesitation, I would recommend Boch Honda and John DeBronzo to anyone looking to purchase/lease a Honda. More
Rick was extremely helpful in our decision to lease a Honda CR-V. He was very accommodating of our needs - we have an 18 month old son and therefore had to fill out the paperwork in stages. overall experience was very satisfactory. with a pre-certified car sitting on the lot for 65 days it was quite inconvenient to drive the car home with the radio off (the salesman should have suggest pre-certified car sitting on the lot for 65 days it was quite inconvenient to drive the car home with the radio off (the salesman should have suggested that while test driving) i had to endure at least 4-6 more hours of time to come in the following week and have the brakes worked on, finally someone nicely offered a rental so i could go to work but i had to use 4 hours of my personal time to make up the difference in my pay....the car was pre-certified doesn't that mean it suppose to have a numbered checklist to go over...especially the braking system??? why wasn't a rental offered immediately instead of 3 hours into waiting??????????? But your staff although "cool" was accomodating....that's was my experience.....Nick Kontanis MORE DISCLOSURE ABOUT WHAT EXTRAS HAVE BEEN ADDED ONTO THE PRICE....I WAS NOT OFFERED THE OPTION OF ENVIROGUARD BUT AT THE END THERE IT WAS ON MY INVOICE, THE CAR I AM SURE HAD BEEN TREATED ORIGINALLY WHEN FIRST LEASED........SO WAS I PAYING FOR SOMETHING ALREADY ON THE CAR....I HAVE WORKED IN COMMISSIONED FURNITURE SALES AND THERE IS WHERE I MADE THE MOST MONEY...ALTHOUGH WE ALL KNEW THE FURNITURE WAS ALL TREATED WHEN BEING BROUGHT INTO THE WAREHOUSE IMMEDIATELY....
