Tom did a great job, despite the fact that I came in the day after the blizzard while the entire team was trying to get the lot shoveled out. Tom was able to quickly locate the cars I was interested in on the lot. Also, I appreciated that Tom recommended we check the Boch website to find the "No Haggle" price, which saved a lot of time negotiating.
