Overall experience was very good. Mark Doran and his team were great to work with during the entire sale process. Mike McShane was very efficient, knew the steps involved in the sale very well and guided us were great to work with during the entire sale process. Yesterday I went to the Boch Honda dealership to try to find a 2010 Honda CR-V with low mileage. I had done my homework online and had a few particular cars in mind. I left in the afternoon with my beautiful car with under 30,000 miles. Tom was so easy to work with. I never felt pressured to buy. He gave me all the information I needed and was helpful at every turn. And he made sure my car was in great shape when I left the dealership. Today I returned for my registration and inspection and again Tom was available to be my guide. Beshara in the Finance Office was also terrific to work with. This is the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I'm 66 years old so its certainly not my first! I have not a single complaint about the process. My wife and I have each purchased cars from Tom Rybak previously and we actually requested him, hoping he was still there, as we hadn't seen him for a while. We enjoy working with him as he is very helpf previously and we actually requested him, hoping he was still there, as we hadn't seen him for a while. We enjoy working with him as he is very helpful, knowledgeable and laid back. We don't enjoy pushy salesmen-though I did have to ask Tom to stop talking to my wife, for fear she would buy a car, too! Tom also touched up the paint on a couple of scratches for me, which I appreciated. I also enjoyed working With Hayden Ali. I think he is a very bright guy and good at what he does. I feel Boch Honda is very fortunate to have both of these guys. Hoping I have the same good fortune with this CRV as we have with our last four cars purchased from Boch. More

Can I give Chris 12 stars?! I had the best experience EVER! Chris has personality--and he listens to you and your wants. After my expectations of the Civic were underwhelming, he took the time to look at some other options with me, he didn't send me packing.
