A few months ago, I bought a used Nissan from this dealership. After that was a relatively unpleasant experience, the subsequent trips to the dealership for service have been awful. Last week I made a dealership. After that was a relatively unpleasant experience, the subsequent trips to the dealership for service have been awful. Last week I made a service appointment for a basic 5,000 mile service with an oil change and was kept waiting for three hours while I had an 18 month old child with me! When I asked repeatedly after 2 hours that they tell me what was happening with my car, the service attendants seemed confused and it took over a half hour to locate my paperwork and inform me that the type of oil filter needed was one they didn't have and therefore they HAD NOT COMPLETED ANY OF THE SERVICE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, yet thought it was fine not to notify me of this and let me stay and wait. They were rude to me, unhelpful, and I ended up leaving with my car because I had other appointments that day and didn't even get my service completed. Because I got free services through my purchase at the dealership, I tried again to get my oil changed today and was met with rude staff, and again was made to wait over an hour for an oil change. I do NOT recommend this dealership, especially for their treatment of young women in the service department. More

My new 2011 Pilot was giving me issues and I took it back twice and as much as I was a pain to Mark Doran, Dave Foy and Howie Scharnitsky, they took care of me and my vehicle. They replaced a part and also updated some software and it is working great! The professionalism and true customer service I experienced goes a long way! Not sure why this place gets such a bad rap. I went to a few dealerships before I came here in search of a Honda Pilot. I shyed away from Boch due to the fact that Ernie Boch commercials are annoying and ac few dealerships before I came here in search of a Honda Pilot. I shyed away from Boch due to the fact that Ernie Boch commercials are annoying and actually made me sick with the "come on down" line. However, now I can see why this place does so well as the biggest Honda dealership on the Planet. It is a smaller dealership in size and not a huge lot of cars but several sales people on the showroom floor. Honda cars speak for themselves and almost sell themselves so the sales person was not telling me anything I had not already heard. I have owned 6 Hondas in the past and they are all reliable and go forever and are just well made cars. The whole process took under two hours which is better than most negotiations I have been through (Prime) which took over 4 hours. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to nail down prices and paperwork. I was put into a used 2011 Pilot in great shape with low miles and was satisfied with the entire transaction inlcuding my trade and the finance paperwork. The prices were reasonable and they worked it out so I was able to get the car I wanted without a hassle and within 2 days everything was done including registration and inspection. The service department here is like a well oiled machine and it is in and out very quickly. I have a new respect for Boch and Ernie does not look as bad now that I have seen the delaership and his staff. I would highly recommend anyone looking for Honda check this place out last like I did. Our car buying experience was excellent. Our salesperson, Tom Rybak was extremely personable and helpful. He found us a great deal on a used Honda and helped us secure financing. My sales consultant, Chris Gaudreau, was absolutely fantastic. He was the consumate professional and went out of his way to check in on me during the significant wait for the financing department to c fantastic. I truly can't say enough positive things about the way Chris handled the whole process from start to finish. The only negative of the whole experience was the three and a half hour wait between signing the purchase agreement and finishing up with the finance department, although once I was able to get in to see Khaled he treated me fantastically and moved the process along very quickly. All in all I would recommend Boch Honda of Norwood to others looking for a new car at a reasonable price. More

Chris helped me get what I needed (such as an extra key) with little hassle and a bit of deadpan humor. Since it was my first experience buying from a dealer and my friends had told me horror stories about buying cars (not from Boch), I had come prepared for combat, but all in all the experience I had wasn't stressful. I would recommend Boch Honda to others. More
