First off - I just want to say that if it wasn’t for the quality treatment I received from Gary Lee, Isaac Jordan, and maybe even Howie Charnitsky, I seriously would’ve taken my business elsewhere. My experience started with a TrueCar quote and Boch Honda had the lowest guaranteed price. So we decided to stop by Boch Honda first. My sales consultant, Gary Lee was great; he was extremley knowledgable and you could tell by his passion that he knew what he was talking about. Definitely someone you’d want on your side when shopping around for a new car. He took the time and effort to explain to me all the different trims the 2013 Accord came in. As a first time car buyer, I found this very invaluable. Unfortunately my father didn’t think the quote we got was good enough so we decided to speak with one of the internet sale’s manager directly. Was told that TrueCar quotes were nonnegotiable so we decided to leave. (Although I didn’t get the chance to, I wish I had thanked Gary for his time) My eyes were set on the 2013 Accord EX L, so I spent the next few days sending out emails to other dealers in the area. The competition was fierce and I ended up receiving an offer I just simply couldn’t refuse from Bernardi. Long story short, Boch Honda matched the offer and because I really enjoyed the treatment I got from Gary - I decided to give them another shot. Now onto the gruesome part of my experience with Boch Honda. Hayden Ali, the finance manager I dealt with appeared very nice and enthused to help me out at first but somehow along the way he got very unprofessional. (I’ll be honest here and state that my credit isn’t in it’s best shape. I made very poor decisions in college..but I’ve done everything I could to fix it earlier this year. Which did lead to an approval with Capital One Auto finance for a 3.74% earlier this year. I didn’t end up buying a car then so the offer expired. And due to my eagerness to build credit again I was declined through Cap One this time around for too many inquiries. I have no debts and all my credit cards are paid up in full each month)? Hayden explains to me that my credit was awful and that the best he could do was through Fifth Third bank for 13%. Knowing that I was offered 3.74% not too long ago I thought that couldn’t be possible. So I explained to him by background story. He simply did not care and showed me an X under Capital One on his computer screen. Stating that whatever I did before Capital One no longer wanted to do business with me. His tone of voice was extremely downgrading and very offensive. “Whatever you did with those creditors, they don’t want to business with you anymore they think you’re playing games with them” - Hayden??Right there and then we both knew we weren’t going to get this deal done. I was extremely frustrated... Hayden ended up leaving the office and goes out telling to Gary (I think) and maybe to the entire dealership that “he’s playing games in there, he’s playing games...blah blah blah” (Im sure he thought I was lying to him about my previous approval with Capital One) Eventually he brings Howie Charnitsky (Finance Director?) into the office to explain to me what was happening. He listened to my story and ended up seeing if he could speak to someone from Capital One for me. He asked them why they couldn’t approve me for a loan. I even showed him an email with my previous approval with Cap One. As this is going on, I can’t help but look at Hayden all giddy and smirking as if he was shoving his finger in my face telling me I told you so. ( I already knew why Cap One wouldn’t have approved me, but it certainly didn’t make me feel any better with Hayden there mocking me ) Howie works something out with Wells Fargo and although I resisted it at first, I ended up just agreeing to the 6.49% with the intention of refinancing it immediately with a co-signer. Just an FYI. I made a 36% downpayment. If it wasn’t for my high tolerance I would’ve just left and took my business elsewhere. And God, if it wasn’t for Gary’s professionalism and kindness I seriously wouldn’t have any desire to continue my transaction with Boch at all. And let this all be known that if only Hayden’s attitude was a little bit more professional and reasonable MAYBE we would’ve just worked together to find the proper solution. (Hayden - please don’t fight with your potential customers to prove them whose right and wrong, instead use that attitude of yours to try to help them out. Kindness goes a long way. I’m not a saint but that doesn’t mean I deserved the kind of treatment you gave me. You wouldn’t even dare to look at me or thank me for my business after I left your office- Pitiful ) and to add insult to injury, i’m sure they purposely mistyped my phone number on the sales contract perhaps to avoid the Honda Survey team from contacting me. Ernie Boch, do not worry. Aside from my degrading experience with Hayden I’m still going to give you a perfect score - You can thank Gary, Isaac and Howie. Gary also went out of his way to make sure my car was ready in under a day for me. Very appreciated. Ultimately people - If you want a great deal and a dealer that’s willing to fight for your business I’m sure you can’t go wrong with Boch. Just make sure you do your research first! More

Leasing made more sense for my financial situation, which Amine was understanding of and worked with the finance department to make sure my payments were tailored to my needs. Amine's concise explanation about the features and amenities of the Civic were what sold me on the product. When there was an error in the paperwork for the final sale, Amine was quick to offer his services and drove to the South Shore to ensure I got my car on that day as planned. More
Tom is so far the best dealer I have ever talked to. He is very nice, patient, and professional in serving clients and helping them to find the right vehicle. Finally I purchased this car and drove away within the same day with quick service, test driving, payments, insurance, and registration so that I don't have to come back again for things that can be done on the same day. Most importantly, I got a good plate, I mean the lucky numbers on the plate, with Tom's help. So I highly recommend this dealership and Tom as one of the best sales representative. More
I never write a review especially for a car dealer BUT after I purchased a new car with Mike McShane, the experiences was painless, fun, fast and HAPPY!! Mike is nice, friendly and a great sense of humor; who gave me everything that I asked for. I was looking to trade in my old car with a good price and purchase a brand new black, Honda Civic, 4doors. I was at Silko Honda first but they did not have the color of the car that I want when I arrived and they wasn't ready. On top of that, they did not give me the agreement that we (them and I) agree on during phone calls and emails/internet. It was a waste of time and cost me extra $10 for a bank check. Boch Honda was completely different; Mike McShane called and remind us the appointment, then came and meet us immediately when we arrived. He offer us snacks, drinks which help a lot because I have a 10yrs old daughter who enjoy cookies and hot chocolate(keep her busy). Mike McShane did not waste my time; he shows me the new car that I want, answer all my questions, and on top of that he gave me a great trade for my old car which the other Honda dealer did not. Mike also spend extra time just to connect my cell phone and my new car together; which help me a lot. He is also funny that keep us (my bf, daughter and I) laugh and enjoy the time being there. Mike works hard to make his customers like us "happy" which is the main key to any dealer. I remember Mike kept asking me if "I'm happy" and of course I'm very happy and that is why I write this review. I would recommend Mike to other customers for sure and of course, my friends, family and co-workers will hear all about my new car and Mike when I show up to work tonight. More

We went into Boch Honda a week ago, after having shopped around a little, and we were happy with the process here. Our sales associate, Chris Gaudreau was very pleasant to work with. Chris Gaudreau was beyond amazing. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.
