I purchased two cars from their company. The first experience (earlier in 2013) was below par, however, the second experience (October, 2013) was fantastic. I dealt with Jose Mendes this time for the sales part and Hayden Ali for the financing part. Both were amazingly nice. No sales pressure tactics - I knew what I wanted and had the price negotiated by email with Bruce before stepping into their store. They did not pressurize me into purchasing stuff that I did not want. A single no for the upsell part and that was it. Overall, it was pretty pleasant. Jose mentioned that he would deliver the car on a certain date and he kept his promise of delivering on that date in the morning, which was pretty good (considering the run around that I had experienced from a previous sales guy [who no longer works here] when I got my other car earlier in 2013). If you go to the store, make sure to deal with Jose Mendes, he does a good job at his work! :) More

Tom was an excellent sales person and was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the cars that he was selling, he was honest and friendly and just a down to earth type of a guy, who made work with. You can buy a car at any dealership, but it’s salespeople like Tom, who make a difference! I would refer Tom to any of my friends and family as a person to see in order to buy a new car. As for the dealership itself, everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. Every time we walked through the service area, we were welcomed and acknowledged, we even had a very pleasant conversation with two of the people whose job it was to keep the dealership clean. We are also very happy to know that Boch offers repair service with such late hours as well as on Saturdays and Sundays. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Honda Civic LX but did not have a ride to pick the car up from the dealership. Tom took the time on his day off to pick me up from the T station in my brand new car, and then showed me step-by-step, how to use all of the features in the car. Started my shopping here, low pressure from Tom, he understood I needed to shop for price. After shopping numerous dealerships in person and via the internet I gave BOCH the chance to meet or beat the understood I needed to shop for price. I am a very difficult customer and I certainly put all those I dealt with through their paces. I was impressed that they all greeted me with honest good humor even though I treated them as the enemy. Tom did a great job building the foundation for the sale, Jocemy helped lock it in and Chris did a great job with the pick up of the vehicle. If you are buying a Honda I would strongly recommend seeing any of these men. More

Amine was very thorough in explaining the features of the vehicle and pricing details. He was precise in going over what would and what needed to happen after leaving the dealership.
