Looking online at AutoTrader.com I found a 2006 Honda Civic that I liked at Boch Honda. My daughter and I went to see the car. We got paired up wtih Tom Rybak, a real down to earth honest salesman. When we saw the car It wasn't quite what we wanted but Tom suggested another car that was just right. He made the whole experience very pleasant from the time we met right up to when my daughter drove off the lot with her new car. He did everything in his power to make sure the car was perfect when she picked it up. I would highly recommend Boch Honda and Tom Rybak in particular when buying your next car. My son also has a Honda Civic which we bought before we discovered Boch Honda but have had it serviced twice at Boch Honda. Our experiences wtih Service have been nothing but positive. I purchased two cars from their company. The first experience (earlier in 2013) was below par, however, the second experience (October, 2013) was fantastic. I dealt with Jose Mendes this time for the sales part and Hayden Ali for the financing part. Both were amazingly nice. No sales pressure tactics - I knew what I wanted and had the price negotiated by email with Bruce before stepping into their store. They did not pressurize me into purchasing stuff that I did not want. A single no for the upsell part and that was it. Overall, it was pretty pleasant. Jose mentioned that he would deliver the car on a certain date and he kept his promise of delivering on that date in the morning, which was pretty good (considering the run around that I had experienced from a previous sales guy [who no longer works here] when I got my other car earlier in 2013). If you go to the store, make sure to deal with Jose Mendes, he does a good job at his work! :) More
