I wasn't asking for exact numbers and made that clear. Everything I asked seemed like it was a chore. I am very displeased with their customer service, and believe it is completely unreasonable to bring a vehicle in and have no idea of the cost of services. I will be finding another place to service my current honda and purchase future vehicles. More

Bait & Switch My wife and I were looking for a Pre-Owned SUV and heard great reviews about the Pilot EX. So I went online to look, and the online chat associate men My wife and I were looking for a Pre-Owned SUV and heard great reviews about the Pilot EX. So I went online to look, and the online chat associate mentioned they had one in stock. We looked at it online and decided to head down there (40 minute ride) to check it out. Well, we ended up getting a sales associate who had to 'speak with the manager' about 3 times during our first interactions. Apparently the Pilot that was online, and the one referred to me by the online sales manager, was 'in the body shop'..... BUT, they had another car JUST like it, wut for more money (I know, shocker, right?). Horrible experience -- although they did give my 1-year-old son a balloon. I walked out in less than 15 minutes and bought a car up the road on the Automile. There's tons of dealers on the Automile -- avoid this one at all costs. More

Don't buy a used car here I made the mistake of trusting this dealer to fix anything else we found wrong with the car right away when we purchased a 2011 CRV which had a smashe I made the mistake of trusting this dealer to fix anything else we found wrong with the car right away when we purchased a 2011 CRV which had a smashed up mirror - but when our mechanic said the interior bumper was bent - despite there being evidence the car was damaged there - because of the mirror and evidence it wasn't hurt after it left because the exterior bumper was untouched - they refused to fix it - and now we are out of luck - they wouldn't take the car back - this was way within 72 hours we thought you could break any contract in MA More
