Penny and Joe did a terrible job I brought my car here from Westboro, with a Honda dealer a mile away, because I believed Boch would do a good job. My engine block cracked and twice 1 of the 2 engine mount bolts put in to secure the engine came loose. One whizzed around inside the new engine block and one fell off. This resulted in 2 tows - and dangerous situations. The last time in at the dealer, Penny in service said she'd make sure the missing bolt was replaced because I made sure to ask twice. She said yes both times. I ended up bringing my car to my local mechanic for an oil change about 2 weeks later for the mechanic to discover they never put the bolt back in (he put it in for free without even asking!) I had been driving around with an engine cantered to the side. If it broke loose it would've been extremely dangerous and extremely costly. Not only was this a job done terribly, but I was treated badly by Penny, who lied and was rude, and by Joe in service, who was extremely rude on the phone when I called in after breaking down the second time. He doesn't like to listen it seems. After such a bad experience, I contacted Joe Wieners, the service manager. He tried to pass me off to a different service manager which was a big to-do. The complicated hierarchical web of staff slowed things down immensely. It's almost purposely complicated. Anyway, it took several calls over a 2 week period to finally get Joe back on the phone. He then proceeded to say he tried calling numerous times off my 3 voicemails, which he didn't because my phone is always on me for work. He also said they couldn't help me because the decision came from way up above him. When I asked who was above him to speak with, he said he was it, there is nobody else. Confusing, huh? Boch Honda is a running a terrible operation and I will never go to any Boch location again due to this experience. You can learn it the hard way on your own or you can save yourself a headache and try someone else from the start. More
Standing up for Business Best Practice Mark Doran, the general manager for the Boch Norwood location is truly a stand up guy. He was on vacation when I had gone in to purchase a vehicle that I had negotiated a price for via the internet sales department. Unfortunately, when I arrived to purchase the vehicle the floor manager refused to honor the sale price because they accidentally quoted me a price for a model trim lower then the vehicle I went in to purchase. This was a huge difference and a financial loss they weren't willing to take. I spoke with Mr.Goulette, the director of Boch Norwood and Westford and with a senior sales rep named Danielle and they could only offer an apology. They refused to honor the sale price that was clearly confirmed via email on several occasions. When Mark Duran returned from vacation he called me when heard of the shenanigans. Mark's first words where, "I agree with you.." he then apologized for how I was treated and honored the sale price I had negotiated. In addition, without even seeing my trade, he gave me what I wanted which was considered a very high value. Repeatedly, Mr. Doran apologized and stated he just wanted to make me happy. He related that he was a consumer too and that his people should have done the right thing the first time I came in. In addition, Lenny Shaul was my salesperson who was just so accommodating both times I showed up to purchase the vehicle. He gave me his personal cell number so that I could reach him. He was very thorough and worked hard to get me out as quickly as he could. Financing was quick and easy too. Boch has definitely redeemed themselves in my eyes. Initially, I submitted a negative review but have now revised the review. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle with Boch since 2005 and would do so again. As always, do your research first and go in educated on the vehicle you are purchasing and you will get the best price and great customer service. More

I got a great deal on a 2015 Honda Civic LX - a low price & a low interest rate - even with a complicated lease trade-in to deal with and a less than perfect credit score. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours, and was able to pick up my new car on the first business day of the week. Mark, Gary, & Eric are all great guys, and made the car buying experience more fun than it has any right to be. And I love my new car - it's so much more luxurious than Civics used to be. If you haven't been in a Civic in a couple years, I highly recommend a test drive. The new models give you a 30K+ feel for a sub-20K price tag. More

Traveled to Boch Honda and had a great experience with Michelle. I told her what I would like to pay for a new Honda CRV and a trade in price for my vevicle and within 10 minutes we closed the deal. Michelle was very informative and pleasant and I felt absolutely no pressure. I would recommend Boch Honda and Salesperson Michelle to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. More

Painless and easy car buying experience. The place to go! Another great experience here. Called ahead and they even text me and lined up a new Honda Pilot for me ready to go. Within 3 hours I was in a new vehicle and paperwork was pretty much done. The whole process was seamless and painless. Again, not sure why this place keeps getting rated poorly. The sales people are friendly and helpful, business office is easy to work with and service department is exceptional with even Sunday hours. To other reviewers, before rating this place poorly, how about shopping around and seeing how you are treated at other nearby dealerships. It is not a great feeling and after seeing how I was mistreated at other places, coming here was refreshing and just an all around easy process! More
dont deal with "biff" My girlfriend recently returned her lease to boch. We were greeted by biff. first thing he says is you don't make appointment you don't call or write? We explained we have never made an appt in the past to turn in lease and were never told an appt was necassary. then he says you are lucky im in a good mood. We go sit down and starts looking over the paperwork. Honda had already done the lease ending inspection and told her she didn't owe anything, Honda covers up to $1500 for damage&mileage. Total damages found with inspection was $400. We had the inspec paperwork, and letter sent by honda leasing stating "You owe 0.00 as your damages fall under the $1500, etc" - Biff says "you have to pay the amount on this paper." My girlfriend explained No, theres two papers here telling me very clearly that I owe 0.00 honda covers up to 1500 dollars. so he says well its probably wrong, it cost a lot more then what they say to fix some of these things" We went in circles for a while on this, so finally I ask for the number to honda leasing to get their confirmation we owe no money. biff circles the number spins the paper around and says there it is. We call and they tell us over the phone we absolutely do not owe any money for damages, it falls well below the $1500 coverage. Now i have to go find biff cause he just walked away. He gets on the phone with leasing where they explain to him he is wrong. Biff then says well i always thought they had to pay what the inspection paper says no matter how much the amount is, etc. So it makes you wonder how many people have been screwed by this guy forcing them to pay for damages they don't need to pay for. This took about 40 mins to settle. If youre the leasing manager and you don't know how honda does its leases why are you the manager? This guy has gold stars lining his desk area, must be because he rakes in the most money by screwing unknowing customers. This was our second lease and 4th vehicle from Boch Honda. Before this issue, I reccommended Boch Honda to many because every experience has been great. But now.. not so much. More

He listened to us carefully and understand what we need. He showed us different options and explained specific features of each car in details. He tried to help us to find the best fit within our price range and never push us. When Simon showed us those cars, he helped us to check all the details and even taught us how to explore some of the functions. The car we finally selected is in very good condition, almost no difference from a new SUV. Simon is very friendly and patient, give us lots of time to compare different cars, and helped us to go through all the paperwork. When the registration is done, he even drove to our home and pick us up to get our car. The whole experience is excellent and we feel very happy when we drove our CR-V back home. I would recommend Boch Honda to my friends. More
