A better than expected experience. I came to Boch Honda with a friend of mine who was looking to buy a Honda. I was there because I've worked in the car business for years and wanted to make sure my friend wasn't taken advantage of. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who asked that Jose Mendes work with us. We told him the features of the car we wanted, he quickly got the car, showed it to us, and we sat down to talk price. I asked for what I thought was a very good deal, and just a few minutes later we came to an agreement that I felt was excellent and easy. We made small talk while getting our paperwork done, and then we sat with Rik in finance. Rik was quick and easy with the paperwork and didn't get pushy with upselling of extras, just explained what options we had and asked what we wanted. We added the protections we wanted, again at very fair prices, and wrapped things up. Things were ready as promised the next day, and in the end there weren't any issues whatsoever. As someone who worked for a direct competitor to Honda, I was half looking for something to complain about throughout the whole process, but truthfully the process was simple, straightfoward, and efficient. I would absolutely refer Jose Mendes again and thank him for a no BS experience. More

Our 2003 Honda Odyssey had been totaled in an accident the week before, and we were not financially ready to by a new car any time soon, and yet here we were walking into a car dealership. I was more sad than excited. To say he was patient is an understatement that’s why I added kind. He saw how upset I was, and he wanted to help us out and make this and easy as possible for us. He spent so much time with us, he showed us every used Honda CRV in the lot, within our price range (which they had a huge inventory). He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, cars have changed a lot since 2003! We narrowed it down to two, he never put pressure on us to make rush decision, he just gave us more information to help us make an informed decision that was right for us. In the end we ended up in a car Gary found for us, and it was perfect for what we needed. GREAT EXPERIENCE I started my experience by telephone shopping the best price on a new CR-V. We negotiated on those and reached a great conclusion and deal. It was important that there was no pressure from Amine Abad, my salesman. He explained all the features of the vehicle in a very straightforward manner and was extrememy knowlegeable. He took the time to be sure I knew exactly what I was buying, including the test drive experience. After we made the deal he cleaned out both cars and put my essentials in place in the new one. All this hile Hayden Ali gid a great job with the finace details. I was told to come back in two days to get my registration and sticker. That occurred today, but before I left my house Amine called to say the registration was done and to come in at my convenience. All in all, this was by far the best car buying experience I have had, and I just became a senior citizen. More

The situation seemed similar to others I have had with my doctor, dentist, and financial advisor. I looked at a few cars and quickly found one I liked. Like other professionals, Gary did not play games with me when it became time to negotiate. There were no uncomfortable feelings of being manipulated or pressured by a car salesman.
