I had been going to Bernardi in Na I stopped into Boch Honda in Norwood one night last week just to get some info on leasing a new Honda Accord Sport. I had been going to Bernardi in Natick for years (customer since 1996), but my recent experience with Bernardi was not positive, so I thought I'd stop and see what Boch Honda had to offer. Having been leasing Accords since 1996, I explained to Sales associate, Mike McShane, exactly the car and the deal I was looking for and I ended up driving home with 2015 Accord Sport that night. Mike and the rest of the staff at Boch Honda were great; they made the entire process seamless. I'll definitely be going back to see Mike and Boch when it's time to lease again. More

Shared with me that he was not supposed to be at the top of the list, but other sales people had not shown up yet. But, "I must not be in retail" otherwise I would understand. He also seemed put out that I did not know their stock number...made the statement that "he did not go to college to sell cars". At first, I thought he might be joking, but he was not... When we started walking to retrieve the car, he was still complaining about being behind from yesterday and having to work with someone just after opening up. At that point, I decided to leave...it could only have gotten worse and I did not want to spend $20K+ there. Maybe they don't work on commission there...I wouldn't know, since I don't work in retail... More

Hands down the most painless and honest experience I've had Just drove home my brand new 2015 Honda Accord EX-L. I knew I wanted to lease, I ran the numbers myself and I even have friends that work in the industry that ensured me I could get the numbers I wanted. I worked with Gary Lee and I showed him the numbers my friend and I ran and I told him if he could beat it (or at least match) I would do it on the spot. He agreed that it was possible to do and was extremely honest the entire time. No high pressure sales tactics, no BS, just told me how it was. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out with signed papers, no more than 35 minutes passed. This was BY FAR the easiest and most painless experience I've ever had getting a car. The finance guy Hayden (I think was his name) was also a straight shooter and was very honest and up front with me when going over the final numbers. I think I'll always go to a Boch dealership until proven otherwise. Thank You all!! More
