Pleasant experience I recently went to Boch Honda to buy a CRV. My friends had recommended Gary Lee because they had bought a car from him before. I was nervous because I recently went to Boch Honda to buy a CRV. My friends had recommended Gary Lee because they had bought a car from him before. I was nervous because in the past salesmen did not seem very honest and I would never feel like I was getting a good deal on a car. From the start Gary was not the least bit pushy. He showed me the car I was interested in and let me go for a test drive where he thoroughly answered all of my questions. He was so low key and easy to deal with. He gave the bottom line price which I knew was fair and there was no haggling! I have never had such a pleasant experience. While I was there we also had help from Bill Varkas who was equally as accommodating and willing to spend some time answering questions for my friend about leasing. These salesmen were not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend these two salesmen to a friend. More

I found the car on truecar.com and was called back immediately to come in for a test drive. I met Gary Lee - wonderful down-to-earth great guy! No hard sell and was really really nice to me. Once the sale was completed - he made sure that I got my plates the next day, knowing I was going on vacation. Karen MacDougal was instrumental in expediting the transaction with the registry. The finance guy was also great and got me approved for a loan -( I can't believe I can't recall his name). They were all so NICE! Thank you so much for such a great experience! More

My best car buying experience ever Last week I registered with truecar.com in the am looking for a new 2015 Honda Civic LX. Within minutes I received an email from Boch Honda of Norwood Last week I registered with truecar.com in the am looking for a new 2015 Honda Civic LX. Within minutes I received an email from Boch Honda of Norwood with a price that was hard to ignore. Their offered price tag was $2,500.00 below of what TruCar came up with. I called them up and made an appointment for a test drive for the same evening. From the moment entering the Boch Honda Norwood,MA facility my wife and I felt really welcomed and home. The staff was very helpful and our sales guy Amine Abad acted as a great host by offering water to us and asking if we needed anything else before the test drive. The Civic was already waiting outside for us. The actual drive was spotless both my wife and I loved the car which really sold itself. Amine was one of the most professional sales guys I've ever met: he was very polite, not too pushy, very knowledgable and offered all the options this car came with. It was truly a pleasant car buying experience for us who had a different opinion about car dealerships before. What I never imagined before that soon after walking into this Honda facility we walked out as a very happy owner couple of a great Honda Civic. Before I always checked out several other dealerships before striking a deal but Amine made it a no brainer to sign the purchasing papers right on the spot: there was really no need to go anywhere else. The other employee - I believe his name was Sandeep - who handled the administration part of the purchase was also very nice and professional. No pressure whatsoever. I wish all other car dealerships operated like Boch Honda of Norwood. Big kudos to them and especially to their employees like Amine Abad. Great job guys! Thank you again. More
