We were also told the new tire design would cause more flats than previous tires, so we needed the tire protection plan. I understand that they want to sell their extended warranty plans, but they shouldn't be lying to customers about how their brand new Honda is going to be falling apart. We left and purchased our vehicle at Honda Village in Newton and had a much better experience there (we even got a better price for our trade-in and a better financing rate that was actually based on our credit score instead of some arbitrary number that the dealership picked, like Boch tried to do). Go somewhere else! Don't waste your time with this dealership! More
