Worst experience ever The worst experience ever. I talked to probably 5 people before I went with very explicit details about what I wanted, that I had a pre-approved loan The worst experience ever. I talked to probably 5 people before I went with very explicit details about what I wanted, that I had a pre-approved loan from Bank of America, etc. They did the standard haggle, which I don't mind, but when they pressed to me to finance with them vs with BofA, I said no. They said if I financed with Honda they would "get their money right away"....even though Boch is listed as a preferred dealer on the BofA website for easy financing! Joe, the Mgr, basically said if you're not financing with Honda, we don't want your business. I'm appalled. I've always heard rumors about Boch being hard to deal with. Now they proved it to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOCH HONDA!!!!! More

Boch Honda had some great deals that kept me from just flying home and buying a car there. Amine and JD both helped out greatly on the sales and finance side. Grade A. At the end of the day, I found a nice Honda Accord, very well kept, for a pretty decent price! More

At Boch Honda we met Amin Abad who was courteous, knowledgeable, very personable and listened to our needs and desires and did his utmost to meet them. He painstakingly went over all the wonderful features of the new Honda Pilot which we decided most accommodated what we were looking for. The negotiating process was relatively pain free and Boch accommodated our financing rate request. We would recommend this dealership. More

Lack of enthusiasm and warmth I went to Boch Honda to purchase another CR-V because I had purchased a Honda from them 11 years ago and had a wonderful experience...Not this time! I went to Boch Honda to purchase another CR-V because I had purchased a Honda from them 11 years ago and had a wonderful experience...Not this time! I had spoken with a wonderful woman who quoted me a great price for the 2016 CR-V Touring, black on black. I had researched the prices and the exact car I really wanted and felt this was the best price. When I arrived the sales associate took me out on a test drive, I then met with his manager. He was not a friendly person, and when I mentioned that Honda gave me a free first oil change when I bought my 2004 CR-V, he said "that manager doesn't work here anymore and I can't give you that." He basically said that if you don't want the deal, you can leave. When I went to pick up my new car that I paid almost $35,000, the sales associate brought the car around and he knew what time I would be there because I told him 3 days prior. He was in such a rush and when I started asking him about the features he said he had customers waiting. I said that I was your customer now. Needless to say he did not show me all the features and told me to just watch this DVD. There was also a nick on the end of the door that they had to fix. The whole attitude of this dealership was so negative. Before I left I spoke with a very nice manager and I explained the issues I had. He gave me a card for my first free oil change, which helped me to feel a little better about the whole experience. If I ever buy another car from Honda, I will deal directly with a manager. More

A couple hours later we drove home in a new car. I will definitely recommend him and Boch to friends and family. More

Dan O is GREAT I found an oil leak 2 weeks after i purchased my Odyssey. I was expecting a hard time with limited warranty. My dealings have been very positive with most of the people at Boch Honda Norwood. I will return for future service work even though it is a drive to get there. More
