Boch broadcast my loan application to various banks. Each bank pulled my credit report. This brought down my FICO score because of all the inquiries. There was also a "hard sell" of additional insurance that I didn't want or need. The interest rate was much higher than I was quoted. I refinanced my truck within 4 days. More

The service department is not customer service oriented I bought a new Honda from Boch last week, and had a great experience with the sales department. Sales is nice, efficient, and they value the customer's time. Service does not. I would buy another car at Boch, but will be going to another Honda dealerhsip for service. More
