Boch Honda is a terrific place to purchase a car! I had a very positive experience buying a new to me car! She did it all from changing the plates to registering and having the car inspected so I could drive out without having to do a thing! I am also very grateful for Brian Downey’s care and concern that my golf clubs would fit in my new car. And they did! The entire crew I worked with were all pleasant and helpful. Great deals, interesting service In buying out my lease, the first day was fairly smooth. I was told I needed my cosigner, although she didn't have to sign off on a single thing. I'd scheduled the appointment specifically to work for her as well, but instead it was a waste of her time. On the second day when I needed to come out for my title and such, it took my sales rep almost 15 minutes to find my file, even though he knew I was coming. While I understand that they are busy with many clients per day, I expected him to be on top of who he was working with, as I've had in the past with other sales reps from this dealership. He was a nice man - courteous and polite, just didn't seem to be focused on the tasks at hand. The gentleman from the finance aspect was more than pleasurable to work with! He explained everything in detail without making it confusing and was very quick to form a relationship with his clients. More
