My sales man was John Montanaro and although he only had a couple months there he was able to point me in the right direction and got me into a 2018 Honda CRV Touring. After finalizing my purchase he followed up with me, made sure everything was alright and made sure there was nothing else I needed. He took his time with my husband and I, and was very patient with us and our busy schedules. Never once did i feel like I was rushed to spend money or felt forced in any way to make a purchase. John made things soooo easy for me I would recommend anyone to work with him. I love my new car!! Thank you John :-) More

I live in the city but I grew up in Norwood and used to work for another entity of Boch motor group. I needed a new reliable car and my heart was set on buying a 2016 Honda Civic. The first place I went to was Boch Honda. I have been working on my credit and I knew where I needed my rates to be. I contacted Chase and got a pre-approval for a rate and monthly payment that I was comfortable with. Upon arrival I was brought over to Amadou. The car I inquired about online was "sold" upon my arrival. I gave Amadou the benefit of the doubt that this was true and not a shady dealer tactic. The "similar" vehicle they brought out for me was way over my budget. After running my credit report, it became clear that I needed to look at a lower model within budget. They brought out a nice 16 Civic that seemed to be in my range. The car was Honda certified which was even better! Amadou was very pleasant to work with, so kind and understanding of my situation. My bad experience has nothing to do with him. Everything changed once I met with finance. The finance manager Kelly was nice but was inexperienced in working with someone with a lower credit score. No one seemed willing to work with the loan that I already had in place. (a pre approved loan NOT a pre qualified). I now know that when you use dealer financing they tack on additional percentage in agreement with the banks they work with... (boch does not work with Ally bank, a subprime lender, probably for this reason).. At this point I have been at the dealership for over 5 hours.. After working a full day and driving an hour and a half in traffic to get to Norwood. I suggested I might have to come back the next day but they were persistent at finishing and getting what I needed so I appreciated the help and stayed. Next came the add ons. Kelly whisked me away into her office to talk about the warranty. 7 year 100k.. Which I was assuming was already built into the price of the car because I was Honda certified. Then I was presented with tires, dings, gap coverages... I elected for tires but I wanted to wait for gap until I talked to my employer who offers gap to me at a very reduced rate. Kelly made it seem as though we could wait on this decision until tomorrow. After everything was added up my total loan amount was 1000 more than the Chase loan I had been approved. Unfortunately chase was closed so we had to wait until the next day. I'm now approaching the 6th hour of being at Boch. Kelly had an approval from Capital one at 9% for 72 months- monthly payment of 343. I know I have bad credit but this loan would end up costing me thousands of dollars more than the Chase loan. Kelly told me to sign all the papers now for Capital One to get me out the door and she would follow up with Chase in the morning. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU ARE 100% READY She stuck to her word and followed up... Called me but never left a message. Chase also called me to do a loan interview. I also confirmed with my work that I could get gap coverage for 500 less than Kelly's offer. After work I immediately headed to Norwood to clear everything up. I wanted to remove the extended warranty, gap coverage, and put an additional 1,000 down so I could secure the Chase loan I was already approved for. I was told by Kelly and her manager that the paperwork had already been processed with CapOne and they could refund the warranty/gap but they would be added to the end of balance. I asked why the CapOne was already processed if we were waiting for Chase. They told me Chase declined me so they did me the favor of processing CapOne... After all they did have my signature... After a long talk with finance they was nothing more they could do for me. I left in tears but I was still hopeful that in a year I could hopefully refinance. As I'm driving home I get a phone call from Chase... CONGRATULATING me on my loan!! I explained to the representative what happened and she said unfortunately they cannot help me because I signed with capital one. A long story short there is nothing anyone can do to help me because I signed those papers under Kelly's discretion... If I had known it was a binding contact I would not have signed and would have came the next day as was originally planned. If you have a subprime score do your research. Get a pre-approval... (Not a pre-qualify) use your own financing and save the few percent that the dealer tacks on. Be wary of what add ons you elect for. Boch Finance is very shady and is not willing to loose out on profit to help someone. I really hope Kelly enjoys her commission check at the expense of me. More

Thank you Boch Honda and thank you Maria!!! So after being in 2 accidents in less than 2 months. I was now looking to replace my totalled 2012 honda pilot. This needed to be done fast and was a very stressful process. Thank God for Maria at Boch Honda. She is a life saver! Maria went above and beyond to get me my new car in just a few days. From calling the insurance company when I couldn't get the forms I needed, to driving to me at work to have paperwork signed. She was amazing! She is great at her job but she is also just a great person!!! I highly recommend Boch honda, make sure you ask for Maria. She is the best!!! Loving my new 2016 Honda Pilot Elite!!! More

At first they says they didn’t see it in their system I had to find the paperwork myself and come all the way to Boch to prove it. they then tell you all the reasons as to why you are not covered. there are plenty of other honda dealerships to chose from save yourself the hassle. My friend warned me but I didn’t listen. More
