Joe is the best salesperson and was very helpful and explained all options. Dealership is good and manager was helped to understand to lease. Finance is worst, they never return my calls. I signed for wear and tear protection and called for cancellation next day, 2nd, 3rd and 4th and left voice mail each time. I went to pick up car on 4th day then person (claimed from finance) said I can cancel but they will only refund check after end of lease. I contacted company "Protective" and they said they return check to dealer in 6 to 8 weeks. I don't understand why dealer is keeping money for service which was already cancelled. Nothing specified in documentation such as will be paid only end of lease. I don't recommend based on my experience especially with finance. I am planning to report in BBB if I am not going to refund my money for service which was cancelled. More
You drop your car off with a very polite person. Then it becomes automated. You get a text with a link to list a bunch of extra upsells. If you click on anything, you agree to the upsold service. Most places call you with additional recommendations and explanations and ACCURATE estimates. I was upsold on replacement struts, because I clicked on the link thinking it would give more information, nope, it authorized the repair. Low ball estimate on website ($648 for BOTH STRUTS), ended up being a lot more (Over $1200). And it wasn't done correctly... Less than a month after having the struts replaced, I heard this loud rumbling noise.I though it was a spare tire issue. It was the strut that they just replaced, the bolt had been stripped and was loose. The tire shop said Nucar clearly messed this up. I have contacted Nucar, and since its hard to get a human to talk to, I leave this review. I am willing to delete and/or update this review if they make things right. More

The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right vehicle. However, when it came time to discuss pricing with the closing manager, the experience soured. The manager's attitude was dismissive, and he made it clear that the dealership had no intention of negotiating on the price, throwing out comments like, "This is the price we paid, and we ain't budgeting." This approach is not only frustrating but also feels somewhat disrespectful to potential customers. I understand that dealerships are in the business of making a profit, but there's a way to conduct business that respects the customer experience. According to their own website, Nucar Honda of Norwood claims to strive for special interactions with customers and to treat them how they wish to be treated. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with the closing manager was anything but special, and it left a lasting negative impression on me. In summary, while the sales team may have potential, the closing manager's lack of professionalism is a significant issue that the dealership needs to address. I expected a more respectful and customer-oriented approach, especially based on the values they promote on their website. More
