Great Service and Sales I had my 2020 Explorer ST in for some exhaust and bumper repairs (I jackknifed my trailer) and Hunter worked very diligently with my insurance company I had my 2020 Explorer ST in for some exhaust and bumper repairs (I jackknifed my trailer) and Hunter worked very diligently with my insurance company (taking approx 100 images) in order to get my claim done without an adjuster having to visit the shop. Not sure you can beat service like that. More

Bare bones! Purchased a 2016 F150 from them and it didn't come with an extra key fob or a manual. Day I purchased was raining and wind blowing, and snowing was taken to garage for teat drive 2blocks away came back ran inside checked and never told about damage on car. Noticed in my driveway after weather was taken to garage for teat drive 2blocks away came back ran inside checked and never told about damage on car. Noticed in my driveway after weather cleared next day called mgr and told me they would take care. They didn't tell the truth, I am paying for repair that was done that day and all white spots on hood.l would never go back there again. They knew about it and never mentioned it Most dealer have a paper in file with circled. And repair.. When I questioned where to take it, they were not pleasant and stated I had damage on my car, and I said I reported the water damage rear door, which they repaired. Not nice after sale was signed and sealed. Car was not cleaned inside, sat out doors in the rain and snow over four hours. That is not your best Ford dealer. The advertisement in email from Foxy Read no visible damage. More
