Mustang Recall I received a recall notice on my 2008 Mustang for the airbags. I had tried to schedule into another dealership where I had bought it and they said th I received a recall notice on my 2008 Mustang for the airbags. I had tried to schedule into another dealership where I had bought it and they said they had to order it and would call when it came in, three weeks later I pulled into the dealership to ask if it was in an couls I make an appointment, they had never ordered the air bag. I call Lebanon Ford and spoke to David Cowdry, he was professional and courteous, we scheduled the Mustang in and in less then three days from the phone call it was done. You can't even tell the work was done! Thanks for the excellent service! More

On Point - Lebanon Ford Hello Reader, Service reps Dave and Sam have a great deal of knowledge about cars. The mechanics at the Lebanon Ford dealer recently found many is Hello Reader, Service reps Dave and Sam have a great deal of knowledge about cars. The mechanics at the Lebanon Ford dealer recently found many issues wrong with my car. It was stressful, because I did not want to fix everything at once for financial reasons. Dave especially had to explain and re-explain what was wrong and then help me prioritize my service plan. I was stressed because I am not educated about cars. Dave and Sam are both good at explaining things then then working with me to make a good decision. I also appreciate the male and female drivers who get me to and from work when I am having my car worked on. I forget their names, but they are really pleasant. I tried to look them up on the website and could not find them. Is there a reason why they are not in the "Staff" section of the website? Not to be overlooked, the mechanics there must be good. I don't know any of them, but have not had a relapse of a single problem which I have brought to them to fix. One of the senior mechanics actually listen to one of the failing parts of my car with stethoscope. He meant business. Thank you Lebanon Ford for a great overall experience. More
