Recall They rectified and error in a timely fashion but it was a scary error and could have gone really badly had the circumstances been different. The lug They rectified and error in a timely fashion but it was a scary error and could have gone really badly had the circumstances been different. The lug nuts were never tightened on the wheel after a recall repair which resulted in damage to the wheel thankfully no accidents resulted and I turned around quickly and brought it back and they were able to replace it in time for our vacation. It was at no cost to us but I thought it was weird that I was charged 6.60 for a remote battery that never worked since we got the rig and that was never reversed...although I could care about 6.60 it was three point. We have had a chip in the window since we bought it and that was part of the discussion of the purchase that it would be fixed and it hasn’t then then battery charge. Compared to the major issue of not inspecting lug nuts before driving it out of the garage...you would think they would have offered to do something. More
