In fact, I didn't want to finance for more than 60 months and just before I signed I noticed that it was a 72 month finance. I can make this work, but I felt it was a little deceptive. Also, the service agreement options were confusing and I left not knowing what I actually had purchased . I did speak with John on the phone several weeks after and he did email the coverage agreement to me. Also I brought my car in to be undercoated and to have the interior treated with stain protection. I was disappointed with the loaner for two reasons. First, the gas tank was 53 miles to empty when I picked it up. So, I had to stop for gas before I got home. And second, the car literally smelled like an ashtray. My son refused to ride in the car because he is really sensitive to cigarette smoke. This was a hardship as I had arrange other transportation for him. I called and talked to both John and Hunter, (in service) the next day and voiced my disappointments on these issues. Both were apologetic on the phone, but made no mention of it when I picked up my car. Lastly, I didn't receive any paperwork (work order) to show me what actually was done on the car. I like to keep a record of the car's services in my files. More

The dealer was located 112 miles from me but I can say it was well worth the 224 round trip! I met Bill the sales manager who had been emailing me and I called him to set up an appointment. When I got to the dealership Bill greeted me and introduced me to Jordan the sales rep. After looking at the truck he handed me the keys and said take for a ride which I did. The truck was great. Now the paperwork comes and after a couple of negotiations the deal is made. I was introduced to John in the finance department who got me what I considered a very good rate. After pacing around the lot with my wife, I later found out I was approved all along and my wife and the sales team wanted to "make him sweat a little bit". Well done!! I ended up driving the truck home and could not be happier. The whole process was, ready Bill, Quick and Painless. I HIGHLY recommend Lebanon Ford and will be back. More
