Terrible parts experience, tried telling me that parts. ford.com is a third party site that only 'looks' official, and when that conversation went nowhere, stated that Nucar policy is to not price match. Ch ford.com is a third party site that only 'looks' official, and when that conversation went nowhere, stated that Nucar policy is to not price match. Charged me well more than MSRP for an OEM hitch, I will never be back here. Do not waste your time buying parts from these guys, just skip the dealer and buy direct from OEM. More
Today I called Lebanon Ford about new Ford Edge availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test drove the car while they inspected my potential trade in. The new car was exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was in line with book plus they offered me incredibly good financing. By 5:30pm all the paperwork and transfers had been done and I was on the road home. I hate to waste time so by God if felt good to deal with professionals. More
When I was purchasing a vehicle 4 years ago, I started at Lebanon Ford. They had recently taken over the dealership and were local. The atmosphere reminded me of a high school locker room. I bought somewhere Lebanon Ford. They had recently taken over the dealership and were local. The atmosphere reminded me of a high school locker room. I bought somewhere else. When it came time to buy out my lease, I went back to Lebanon Ford for another try. I walked out when the paperwork included a $500 "lease turn in fee" plus a $300 "doc fee". I reviewed my lease contract and called Ford. I do not have a $500 buy out fee. The doc fee is at the whim of the dealership. I went back, explained I did not have a fee and requested to complete the transaction. The F&I guy actually snubbed me. Overtly. After waiting over 90 minutes, I left. After a couple of days, I called the Dealership and left a message for John (F&I) that I could come at a time of his choosing. No response. When I was scolded by Ford for going over my lease, I explained my 3 attempts to complete the transaction at Lebanon Ford. She offered to call the Dealership. After a day or 2 of still no response, I went in again. The Salesman was gracious and helpful, John not so much. He did finally process the transaction. Tersely. The only cause for the treatment that I can think of is for calling out the extra $500 fee; and that has it's own implications.... The upside is that all encounters with the Sales floor was very pleasant this time. I'm not sure I dare to try the service department. More
Service was great for four years thanks to Phil. Lebanon Ford Sales is a total different story. The sales department doesn't want to deal with anyone who has knowledge of trade-in value or purchasin Lebanon Ford Sales is a total different story. The sales department doesn't want to deal with anyone who has knowledge of trade-in value or purchasing an new vehicle about MSRP. March 2022 I went in talked to the Sales manager 4 times in four days about ordering a new F250 Lariat crew cab with the ultimate package etc. The Sales manager never got the correct options or got back to me. So I ordered a new Exact truck I wanted from Irwin Automotive Group that will be here in August 2022. Which Lebanon Ford said takes 6-8 months. Unfortunately they're the only local Ford dealer close by so they don't think people with drive 60 mile radius to get treated like a customer with respect. This F250 2022 would of been our 4th new vehicle in 5 years all $50,000 + each. I will no longer do business at Lebanon Ford. I will no longer recommend their Sales or service because of their sales personnel. PS I have all emails and my NEW truck order # which is now scheduled for production. Have a great day. More
The entire process was simple and transparent. I felt like what I wanted and needed really mattered. George L, and the rest of the staff have made me drive all the way from CT. Went in for my yearly inspection sticker, an oil change and tire rotation on 1/21/2021. After being there about 20-30 minutes, I was told I needed both new front and rear brakes and a new inner tire rod, a and tire rotation on 1/21/2021. After being there about 20-30 minutes, I was told I needed both new front and rear brakes and a new inner tire rod, all costing about $1200. They took me out to show me everything my car needed but I am not a mechanic, so who knows if those repairs were needed?. Plus, my 2015 Escape only had about 28K miles on it. After telling them I might not be able to afford that amount, they offered me a $250 discount by using After Market parts, so I OKed the work. I was told it would take 2 /12 hours to complete and would be about $950. After waiting 5 1/2 hours, the bill came to $1067 (more than 10% over the estimate). They also told me that my battery had died during that time (they charged it after they were done) so they could not do the emissions test, which is part of the inspection, so I would have to come back another day. No apologies for the long wait, going well over the estimate or that they did not finish a simple inspection and that I would have to come back another day. I paid and left. This is the strangest part of this story: Several days after my appt., I received an email from Ford Corporate asking me for a review. I filled out most of it and submitted it. Just a few days later, on 2/1/2021, I received a very bizarre phone call from the service manager named Dave. He was NOT calling to apologize for the long wait I had or the fact I had to go back to finish a simple inspection or even give a generic apology about me being an unhappy customer. In fact, he was calling to tell me how unhappy HE was!!!!! Mind blowing. After going on and on about his "feelings" and my telling him how wrong and unprofessional his phone call was, he informed me that I was "banned" from this Lebanon Ford and that they would refund my $50 state inspection fee. So, Lebanon Ford was basically saying that if they receive a Ford Corporation generated review they do not like, someone will call you up, express their "hurt" feelings, ban you and lie about sending a $50 refund check. It is 3/4/2021 as of this writing and no check has arrived. A Ford Corporate employee called this 3rd rate dealership for me on 2/15/2021 about the $50 refund and a female employee at Lebanon Ford LIED that they would mail it out the next day. Obviously, it is never coming. Also, why would you ban a customer who obviously has no intention of ever retuning? It is like quitting a job after you have been fired. I also had to pay another $40 at another auto repair shop to get my inspection finished and a new inspection sticker. In summary, to have to wait 5 1/2 hours, pay almost $1100, not have the job finished. get called by a low IQ, overly sensitive service manager who is angry about a non-public review and get promised a refund check TWICE and have those "promises" turn out to be lies, I think this dealership deserves this review. . I brought my 2007 Mercedes M-Class to Lebanon Ford for a state inspection sticker. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, the inspection was completed in good time, and the cost was reasonable. I state inspection sticker. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, the inspection was completed in good time, and the cost was reasonable. I have been taking my Mercedes to Lebanon Ford for a couple of years, and have always been pleased with the service I have received there, despite my vehicle being a different brand. All of the employees with whom I have worked, from Service to Cashier, have been polite, friendly, and competent. More

We purchased as used truck Dec. 2018. We wanted to purchase an extended Premium Care warranty and that's what we were told we were getting and charged for. The coverage is bumper to bumper for 150,000 purchase an extended Premium Care warranty and that's what we were told we were getting and charged for. The coverage is bumper to bumper for 150,000 miles. Our truck now needs a new transmission and it turns out that they didn't actually give us the premium care warranty but a wrap warranty that doesn't cover the transmission. They haven't fixed the problem even though they admit to us that it's their fault. They keep saying they're working on it but nothing comes of it. Our phone calls are not returned and when we call them they are not happy to hear from us. We are paying for a vehicle we can't drive. More
Great Service department . Everything was correct and on schedule and very reasonablly priced.
